Clean modern room at a good price. Nice soft comfortable bed, and clean.

Only cons was I could hear running footsteps above my room in the morning.

Hotel with KTV entertainment

Average hotel with basic amenities and in fair condition. Only provide with 2 bottles of mineral water, 2 towels and shower amenities and toothbrush. Any additional towel comes at RM10 and a bottle of water cost RM2.

Staff is polite but is firm on the cost of additional amenities. There is a KTV downstairs and the rooms are not very soundproof. However, hotel do provide ear plugs.

Room is of decent size but bathroom is poorly maintained. The bathroom floor is slimy and the design of the shower head will cause the toilet bowl and toilet paper to get wet after each shower.

Overall, a very basic hotel with minimum required conditions.

However, location is great with lots of dining options, massage services and entertainment options.

Second time staying with them but a different room. Aircon is good

The toilet is leaking water to bedroom , I pay extra for a room with a window but the view is like facing some roof of opp n so close to the Nx building .
The music from below is so loud .. till very late nite .
Terrible experience

The property is good and reasonable but they need to do proper maintenance with their drainage. Shower water flowed slowly and occasionally backflow, as a result, the water flow to the living room. Not exactly what I was expecting from such a nice looking hotel.

Single staff working at the front desk. Unable to leave your your luggage if you arrive at the Hotel before 2pm.

Only can check in after 2pm, not 130pm or 150pm.

Noisy environment, if you are a light sleeper...

Lift access to room at any level can be access by anyone without the need for Hotel card access.

This is a simple hotel in right in Mt Austin. The hotel itself is fairly simple but good value for money. Hotel staff seemed quite absent but for this price I think you can't expect much more.

Service was subpar - arrived at 1.45pm and requested for check in, receptionist didn't even bother to look for our reservation and straight out told us check in time only 2pm onwards, and when we returned at 2.10pm, the same receptionist then told us she'll look at our reservation first, but cannot guarantee a room as the rooms on third floor are not ready yet. When we finally checked in to our room, the room was dusty, toilet floor was partially wet and lack basic amenities such as fridge, safe, and even hand towels.

Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Comfy mattress, pillow n comforter. Room was cleaned and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Good location and staff is friendly. They have a 24 hours counter refreshment bar at lobby with coffee tea and biscuits. Toilet can be improved but overall still good. They offered to keep your bags for late checkout

Convenient location with many food options. KTV can be a little noisy but overall a decent 1 night stay.
