Cons:

The staff was subpar, not bad, not good neutral. There was some rust on the furniture and the housekeeping is rude and Knox two or three hours before your check out disturbing your sleep.

Good Evening. We stayed at your hotel this weekend 6/12 & 6/13, for our softball tournament. We had 4 people in the room, 2 adults and 2 kids. I would like to say we were not satisfied at all. First off the room wasn’t cleaned at all, our bedding was disgusting, we had to take all the blankets off the beds and sleep with beach towels we had from home. We went downstairs and told the worker the situation, he told us, he couldn’t do anything, bc there weren’t any more blankets to give. Secondly the room next to us, was smoking marijuana in there room. The smell was so strong it gave us headaches, they also had smoke coming out the crack of there doors, to where the whole hall smelled like marijuana, we also told the worker and he said it’s a non smoking facility, but nothing could be done. If we didn’t have to be up so early for softball tournament we would have left. My children shouldn’t have had to be around that. Third the Saturday after being at the ball park all day we get back to hotel to take shower and we couldn’t get more towels. Bc the hotel didn’t have any to give. When we checked in on Friday we only had 2 big towels and 4 wash towels how are 4 people supposed to use 2 big towels for 2 days?? I will never be staying at yall place again, and will be leaving a bad review.

The location and staff tried their best to help with our problems. Staff was really good.

Cons:

They had burnt smells and hallways. People were smoking in rooms on floor two they had no clean towels. They do not do room service every day. You literally have to ask for it.

The worst!

We checked in around 3:00AM so we really needed to sleep till 10:30 at least however the stuff decided to wake us up at 8:50AM just to ask if we are checking out. WHAT A RIDICULOUS MOVE!! That was the worse experience ever. I recommend avoiding this place.
