Pros:

酒店地理位置很好，离英国宫1.2公里，沿着英国宫一路下行就能到达黑骑士广场，酒店对面是一个大型超市。酒店早餐很丰盛，服务员对我们只是礼貌性的微笑，房间的下水非常不好，客服反应比较及时，但只是把淋浴间的修好了，洗手池的下水还是非常差。这里说一下，我们在入住的时候收了没人每天4欧元的城市费，当时在booking预定的时候已经有这笔费用了，把这个情况跟booking反馈后平台很快给了回复，并跟酒店反馈了情况，我们结账的时候酒店把这笔钱退了回来

Pros:

Нам очень понравилось проживать в гостинице, метро в пяти минутах ходьбы. Очень чисто и комфортно, все соответствует фотографии. Персонал очень приятный, есть возможность оставить свои вещи после выезда.
