Comfortable.
Did not receive conformation email from new owners with code for door, which at time of booking did not know was required. We couldn't get in so had to drive all the way home to South Australia. Would be gr8 to get a refund
The price was right. Cheapest available on Wotif
I was booked in to stay on 14th and 15th May and arrived at around 3:15pm on the 14th. I had not received a message to give me the access code to the accommodation. The sign near the door clearly stated that bar staff could not provide access so I had to find alternative accommodation. The message with the access code arrived at 6:18 pm on the 15th May so again too late as I had arranged alternative accommodation.

Clean, quiet Hotel. Put heater on and Room was Comfy. Nice clean and comfy Bed. Will stay again. Good communication from Hosts about Check-in.
I found my stay pleasant, facilities available were clean and tidy, had a good nights sleep both nights.
Stay was vey quite , easy exccess, very convenient for over nite stay as i was out at Ballarat for business. Over all i love the place.

The building is very old and smells like it too - even with the window open all afternoon and ceiling fan on it was impossible to escape the mustiness. The floors are super creaky and the ‘sound proofing’ isn’t really sound-proof - being on top of a pub and next to train crossing - but does the job enough. I didn’t realise the bathroom (& kitchenette) were shared spaces and that it’s literally on top of a pub that has live music - so that was a reminder to read the fine print. The facilities were very clean (other than the car park which could do with a mow and a tidy up) and for accommodation on a budget it did the job. Large comfy bed, large screen tv, wifi, etc. Shower pressure not great nor did the hot water last long so be ready for a speedy one!
Good location.. however $82 for the night was a bit much.. $65 is where I think it should be priced
Loved the atmosphere and bands, its nice and quiet in the accommodation area though if you want to get your head down.
Disliked the lack of menu choices, however there are numerous eating spots within easy walking distance from the hotel..
Even though itis an old property it was clean. Only found it noisy Saturday night.
Firstly, look like a horror movie house. Secondly no attached bath in the room, last but not least huge distortions around the accommodation
