Beautiful, friendly, exceptional hotel.
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel in a ‘hidden’ courtyard, right in the centre of the city. The staff are incredible and the service is excellent.

Cons:

I loved everything about the property and would not hesitate to recommend The Collector to anyone visiting The Hague.

Pros:

De locatie was top, pal in het centrum maar toch rustige buurt. Het vriendelijke personeel en de goede ontvangst bij de receptie.

Cons:

De inrichting van de hotelkamer was niet steeds functioneel. Vb. de badkamerspiegel was steeds naar beneden gericht. De douchekraan was niet thermostatisch. De full length spiegel van de slaapruimte stond zo geplaatst dat je niet ver genoeg ervan kon staan om jezelf te zien.

Mooi hotel, maar zeer zeer veel geluidsoverlast.

Het is een mooi hotel op een mooie locatie in het centrum van Den Haag. Vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamers en een lekker ontbijt.

Cons:

Bij de check-in hebben we kamer 313 gekregen. Toen we naar bed wilden gaan (rond 23:30 uur) kwam er ontzettend veel lawaai vanaf de straat kant. Kijkend naar het kozijn (2 dunne platen en ik vermoed 2x enkel glas) was dit gewoon niet in orde. Het leek erop alsof mensen pal naast je bed stonden te feesten. Ik woon zelf in de stad en logisch dat als je een hotel uitzoekt in de stad dat er wat meer lawaai is, maar dit was echt slecht.

Ik heb de receptie gebeld en het hotel was volgeboekt. Ik kon wel oordopjes krijgen. De volgende dag foto's gemaakt van het kozijn wat ook zeer vochtig was en naar de receptie gegaan. Ik kon de klacht op de mail zetten, waarna ik na kerst een reactie heb gekregen. Aangezien ik maar de helft van de nacht had geslapen, vroeg ik ook 50% compensatie. Het hotel gaf aan dat ze niks konden doen aan het geluid buiten en dat de kozijnen goed waren. Wel boden ze me 15% korting op een vervolgverblijf aan. Ik vond het teleurstellend en zeer slecht.

Het hotel is mooi, het personeel is vriendelijk, maar ik zou iedereen afraden om in het weekend in dit hotel te overnachten. Tenzij jezelf door gaat feesten tot diep in de nacht.

Pros:

very good location in the city center, friendly satff, nice style and atmosphere, clean, good comfort of bed an bath room, wifi and coffee/tee facilities included and some water bottles, bar with small food and drinks available 24/7

Cons:

it could have little bigger rooms with a sofa and a desk to sit and write. maybe they have in different category, but my room was already quite expensive and for this price I would expect a bit more space and facilities

Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel and was the highlight of our holiday in the Netherlands. It’s beautifully decorated, with an amazing generous breakfast, great coffee, and very cute rooms. I would recommend everyone stay here. The staff were really friendly and they even gave us a goodie bag of snacks as we were leaving. We could leave our bags at reception before and after check in/out. The location is excellent, it is surrounded by gorgeous shops, cafes, restaurants and historic sites. Very close to the tram too. A wonderful place to stay.

Cons:

There isn’t designated space in the lobby for hotel guests. It’s a restaurant. I came down early for breakfast and was hoping to do an hour of work on my laptop but there wasn’t really anywhere for me to sit as the restaurant had already been set up for breakfast. The staff were lovely and suggested I sit at a little coffee table but I think in these hotels in Europe where the bedrooms are quite small there needs to be a communal area for guests to relax or work at any time.

Cons:

Everything was great, I only wish it would have one use slippers! Maybe there was but I could found them!

Heerlijk hotel op toffe locatie
Pros:

Top locatie, fijne kamer met groot bed, heerlijke douche. Superfijn ontbijt met genoeg keuzes

Cons:

Wat lawaai van buiten in de nacht maar je zit toch midden in de stad dus dat voorkom je niet
