Voortreffelijk verblijf
Pros:

Leuke setting en vriendelijk personeel. Voortreffelijk ontbijt.

Cons:

Kamer was leuk ingericht, maar je hoort wel wat geluid vanop de gang. Idem de airco die toch wat geluid (licht gezoem) gaf terwijl deze uit stond.

A fantastic stay in every sense. Beautiful hotel, great location and genuinely excellent service.
Pros:

Everything about this stay was excellent. The hotel is exactly as shown in the photos. Stylish, clean and very well organised. The room was spotless, smelled fresh and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which made it very easy to relax after a day exploring the city.

The staff were impeccable from start to finish: friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The atmosphere of the hotel also felt very inclusive and welcoming, which I really appreciated.

The breakfast was delicious, with great options to start the day, and the location is brilliant... perfect for exploring The Hague on foot.

Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing to complain about. Everything during my stay was smooth and very well managed.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

The staff at Reception were excellent. Lucie was especially helpful! However I would like to thank all the staff who helped me, especially when I left the hotel!

Cons:

It would have been good to have a chair in my room and a surface on which to write.

Heerlijkheid verborgen in het centrum van Den Haag
Pros:

De vibe, het personeel, de geur, de hygiëne, de kamer (klein maar toch heel fijn), de locatie, de goodiebag die je krijgt bij check-out

Cons:

Een rustige kamer aan de "achterkant" Haagse Bluf was toch niet echt rustig maar rumoerig. Veel mensen op straat tot uurtje of 4 s ochtends

N.v.t. - overnachting heeft niet plaatsgevonden. Geldbedrag wel afgeschreven.

Via de booking.com app heb ik de data van mijn reservering, binnen de termijn, gewijzigd. Van de nieuwe data heb ik een bevestiging ontvangen. Tot mijn schrik werd op de dag van de oude reserving ook een bedrag afgeschreven wegens no show. Ik heb nu dus dubbel betaald terwijl ik alleen op de nieuwe data gebruik heb gemaakt van het hotel. Booking.com geeft aan het geld te willen retourneren van de oorspronkelijke boeking.

Helaas begrijp ik van booking.com dat het hotel nergens meer op reageert na een eerdere toezegging het geld terug te geven. Ik heb het hotel zelf benaderd maar helaas krijg ik nu al een week geen enkele reactie.

Erg jammer hoe dit gaat. Het verblijf was zeer goed, het personeel dat ik heb gezien was zeer vriendelijk en de kamer was erg mooi en schoon. Ik voel me echter bestolen doordat ik 2x heb betaald terwijl ik maar 1x gebruik heb gemaakt van het hotel. Ik hoop dat dit alsnog wordt opgelost.
