Lovely stay, would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff and in a central location. Very nice breakfast.

Cons:

The room was a tad small - a desk would have been useful.

Pros:

We had a wonderful one-night stay at The Collector Hotel in The Hague. The hotel has a beautiful, stylish atmosphere, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
What really made our stay special was the exceptional service. The front desk representative was incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. As we were checking out, she even prepared a bag of snacks for us to take on our journey, which was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. It's these little personal touches that make a hotel truly memorable.
Overall, we had a lovely experience and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend The Collector Hotel to anyone visiting The Hague!

Cons:

The only small things we missed were a desk and chair in the room, which would have been nice for working or simply sitting comfortably, and slightly lower pillows, as we found the ones provided a bit too high for our preference. Neither of these points was a big issue, especially for a one-night stay.

Pros:

Mooi hotel. Chique uitstraling op een goede locatie

Cons:

Het hotel is gelegen op een plein met een café dus in de avond wat last van het lawaai.

Nice hotel, good staff, but not such a great experience for us
Pros:

The staff was responsive and problem solved as best as possible. It's a unique hotel if you prefer to be in a city center. The rooms were clean.

Cons:

We didn't have the best room experience unfortunately. Our 1st room was beautiful and felt pretty luxurious based on our standards for people who don't stay in hotels very often. We did pay for an upgrade that they offered us before we arrived. Unfortunately, it was a Friday night and there was a bar nearby that played very loud music. The staff kindly moved us to a new room on a quieter side of the hotel, but the room was definitely more dated than the other room and simply not as nice. It didn't feel like we were getting the same quailty for the upgrade we paid for. The staff offered to move us again, but we only had two more days, so we just didn't want to pack up again. It is a nice hotel, we just didn't have the most positive experience.

Pros:

The hotel looks really nice, the staff was very friendly & the breakfast was great!

Cons:

The only minor downside was the fridge in the room; it didn't really cool anything down.

Pros:

Zeer leuke aankleding van het hotel met propere en mooie kamers. Bij het ontbijt was er een kok die pannekoeken, eitjes, wentelteefjes, ... maakte op bestelling, dus steeds super vers en heel lekker. De locatie was top!

Cons:

In de kamer had je geen ijskastje ter beschikking, maar wel een soort koelbox. De medewerkers aan de receptie boden wel aan om ons drinken koud te houden/maken in hun ijskastje achter de balie
