Pros:

The location is unbeatable, directly across from the messe.

Cons:

room had a moldy smell and linens did not smell fresh. Overall the cleanliness was below expectations.

Fast gar nichts, nur die Lage ist sehr gut.

Cons:

enges Zimmer, schmaler enger Platz zwischen Bett und Wänden, trotz offenbar recht schmalem Bett. Für längeren Aufenthalt nicht genug Stauraum
Frühstück ungenügend, wenig Platz im sehr ungemütlichen kleinem Frühstücksraum . Tische wurden nach Verlassen nicht ordentlich sauber gemacht.
Zimmerpreis überhöht (377 € für relativ kleines Zimmer)
Parkplatzsituation katastrophal - alle Hotelparkplätze belegt, Vorreservierung wurde nicht angeboten, 3 Parkplätze vor dem Hotel belegt; keine Parkmöglichkeiten in ausreichender Nähe - Dauerbelegung durch Messegäste

Für einen Kurzurlaub sehr gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir haben das Zimmer für eine Nacht bezogen. Hauptgrund war die Nähe zur Gruga Halle. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Nacht war ruhig und das Frühstück reicht vollkommen aus.

Cons:

Es ist nicht einfach einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu bekommen. Es gibt zwar einen großen Parkplatz vor der Tür aber der kostet.

Das Zimmer hat alles, was man braucht. Größe super. Küchenzeile vorhanden, schönes großes Bad, großes Bett. Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel. Richtig toll. Frühstück war klasse. Für jeden was dabei. Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist auch gut, vor allem, wenn man in die Grugahalle möchte. U- Bahn direkt vor der Tür. Preis-Leistung top. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Nettes Hotel mit sehr guter Lage

Alles hat prima und unkompliziert geklappt. Die Lage direkt an der U11 ist prima. 😃

Es gab nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hätte.
