お湯がなかなか出ない
Pros:

バス・トイレ付の部屋を利用。お湯は、水量を多く出さないとなかなか出てきませんでした。部屋の壁に「給湯器の性能上、やむを得ないことなのでご理解を」と書いてあり、仕方のないことなのですが、冬場に泊まったら辛そうでした。

まわりも静かで、受付のおじさんがとても親切で優しくて面白くて良かったです！寝るだけの部屋でしたが、周りがうるさいこともなく快適にすごせました👍4人で２部屋借りましたが、家族だと察してくださり隣部屋にしてくれたり、駐車場も遠方からで駐車も苦手と察してくださり出やすい所に決めてくれたりと本当に配慮ある受付の方でした！
おかげで気持ちよく過ごすことができたホテルでした！感謝です！
ぜひ友人たちにもすすめたいし、自分もまた利用したいホテルです！
ありがとうございました！！

トイレバス付きのお部屋を利用しましたが、値段と内容のバランスで見ると大変満足な内容でした。何よりもスタッフの方々が礼儀正しく親切で、わずかな時間の接点でしたが大変気分良く過ごす事ができました。

受付の方が親切で地元の言葉がほんわかして良かった。
本塩釜駅から徒歩数分で駅近です。
宿の種類がトイレとお風呂は別だが、同じエリアにあるので、不便さはない。
むしろ、コスパが良すぎて驚いた。

ここ数年、このようなスタイルのホテルは増えているので、施設側のメリットもたくさんあるので、その分安いのはありがたい。

2Fにある飲食店、ビール飲み放題は興味深かったが、利用はしていない。

周辺の飲食、お土産もあるので良き。
また、利用させていただきます。

Pros:

シャワーが急に冷水になる為、身体が休まらなかった。暖房もあまり効かなくて、MAX31℃設定後も室内が温まりませんでした。ホテルのオーナーさんは感じが良く、親切な方でした。

コスパ良し。壁の絵が斬新。造りは勝手が狂うけど（笑）
Pros:

壁一面の絵が独特でギョッとするが部屋はシンプル。必要なものはあるし清潔感はある。
コスパも良い。部屋のお風呂とトイレが別々になっているのは良いがお風呂に脱衣スペースがなく、少し勝手が狂う感じ。
