PROPERTY IS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR SUCH BAD FACILITIES
Pros:

I had to be changed from the initial room I booked in- bathroom didnt flush. Shower ran brow water
On the second room that I was moved to the was a Lizard on the roof

great amenities, breakfast could be better
Pros:

the room is very spacious and very clean. the bathroom is amazing. the chicken breast for breakfast was very nice. flavourful and tender

Cons:

the breakfast was a bit low quality
the yogurt was thin, juice was not cold and there was no variety. there was no fruits only cereal and cooked food.

Our stay at Big Ben Lodge
Pros:

The breakfast was exceptional, the Chef really did a good work, we had options n the food was served hot and fresh. Love it.
The location is good, many interest places are easily accessible with no hustle of traffic. The room was spacious and they offer the bathing essentials. Everyday house keeping during our stay

Cons:

There was no air freshener in the toilet, and the day we arrived the toilet was very smelly and stained but got better after house keeping the next day. We asked for the air freshener from the staff lady and she never got back to us. The air Conditioner in our room was leaking water into the room, they gave us a towel to absorb the water. We were forced to use the aircon less in the very hot weather. The bed is very hard, making it less comfortable. The place is good just need simple maintainance.
