Just a very expensive place to sleep close to Penn Station and Times Square, but not worth the price
Pros:

Breakfast was an additional $20 for each person, so we did not eat breakfast because the room was already $445 for the one night. We only liked the location and th rooftop restaurant had a nice view and being close to Penn Station and Times Square.

Cons:

As a Hilton Honors Member and my sister a Diamond member, we asked for water bottles and we didn't even get free water. As a matter of fact, they charged my elderly sister $3.00 plus tax for her bottle of water to take her medicines. I asked for a quiet room, but we could hardly sleep due to the construction noise outside our window ALL night! In addition, we had 3 guests with 2 double beds and nowhere to move around - we knew it would be small, but it was matchbox. In addition, we could not see the NBA Playoff game in our room because there was no NBC or Peacock App and the rooftop restaurant with the TV closed before the game was over. This was my most disappointing experience at any Doubletree by Hilton in any city.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable, and the location was good.

Cons:

I had a bad experience at this hotel. I was charged twice for breakfast and incorrectly billed from my $300 deposit, requiring multiple corrections to fix. I was also charged for water (they input in my room for the first day) without being informed. The staff were unprofessional and not transparent on billing. I do not recommend.

Hôtel très bien situé et confortable
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé à Manhattan pour sortir, faire les visites avec des stations de métro très proches.
De quoi se restaurer aussi très proche.
Chambre agréable avec très belle vue sur Empire Building .
Personnel très agréable
Possibilité de laisser les bagages le dernier jour pour poursuivre les visites.
Donc très bon séjour.

Réactivité au niveau de notre changement de chambre suite à un problème à la douche

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite et manque de rangement pour défaire ses affaires
Climatisation bruyante
Porte de SDB coulissante vieillissante
Petit déjeuner léger à notre goût
Trop d’attente au petit déjeuner pour être placé
Bien vérifier la facture finale acquittée (des autorisations de paiement figuraient en attente sur le compte bancaire après le départ ce qui n’est pas rassurant quand on a déjà tout payé)

Pros:

Nádherný výhľad z izby smerom na Empire State Building. Izba síce nie je veľká ale bola komfortná a ubytovanie má super lokalitu. V blízkosti je hneď zástavka metra, obchod s potravinami, výborná káva či bagel. Na pešo k Timesquare.
