Good budget stay
Pros:

The location is incredibly convenient, with subway stations nearby and plenty of attractions and restaurants just a few minutes away on foot. The view of the Empire State Building from our room on the 26th floor was absolutely amazing, the terrace has incredible panoramic views, and the bed was genuinely, exceptionally comfortable. While we had a small misunderstanding upon arrival, the staff fixed it immediately, they are absolutely lovely people. The rooms are also generally clean, earning a solid 8/10 for cleanliness.

Cons:

The hotel itself is a little outdated and in need of renovation. The noise levels are quite high, so keep in mind that earplugs are definitely needed. There are also a lot of homeless people around the hotel, though we did not feel unsafe. Additionally, for some reason, the towels had a smoky smell, perhaps because they are stored close to a restaurant.

La ubicacion y el rooftop

Cons:

Habitacion que necesita reforma ya, quitar moqueta, el inodoro no funcionaba durante 3/4 dias, se comunicó en recepcion y no arreglaron el problema, se solucionó el 5 día solo. La limpieza diaria fué muy floja, muy basica, y siempre en horas de descanso, 5 o 6 p.m., Incluso quisieron cobrarme por consumir en el minibar de la habitacion, cuando no consumí nada en ningun momento. El trato del personal que hablaba español, fue bueno pero no podian ellos solucionar nada pero intentó ayudar, pero la jefa de recepcion se quitó totalmente de solucionar el problema, la jefa es muy poco profesional. ME HAN COBRADO DOS VECES LA ESTANCIA, tengo los cargos en el banco, Y AUN HOY NO ME HAN DEVUELTO EL COBRO QUE REALIZARON DE MAS.
Se imaginan si no hubiera tenido más dinero, y esos 1331,22€ me faltaran para comer y comprar en NYC??? Como alternativa me ofrecieron desayuno gratis, y lo demás (almuerzo, cena)???

My room was literally the size of a matchbox. My view was a brick wall. It gave claustrophobia. For the price it was

My room was never cleaned prior there were throw up stains on the toilet and on the pillow cases. Couldn’t even sleep in the bed i didn’t even want to lift the comforter

Personale molto gentile e rapido anche nella gestione delle richieste. Camera piccola ma nel complesso aveva tutto.

Küçük odalar, yetersiz personel.

Otelin en belirgin özelliği merkezi olmasıydı.

Cons:

Odaya terlik istedik gönderilmedi. Dört yıldızlı otel olmasına rağmen terlik kullanılmıyormuş otelde. Odalar o kadar küçüktü ki iki valizi bile sığdıramadık. Personel çok yetersiz. Kahvaltıda çay kahvaltı biterken geliyor. Çünkü yetişemiyorlar. Checkin check Out zamanı sadece bir kişi herkese yetmeye çalışıyor. Çok merkezi ve büyük bir otel olduğu için genelde çok kalabalık oluyor, sadece bir kişi onca insana yetmeye çalışıyor.
