Het hotel zelf is prima, maar de directe omgeving is helaas een stuk minder prettig.
Pros:

Het hotel was erg centraal gelegen en het personeel was supervriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Zodra je het hotel uitstapte, werd je direct geconfronteerd met de vele daklozen die voor het hotel en in de hele straat rondhingen. Dat gaf geen prettig gevoel. Hoewel dit op veel plekken in New York een bekend straatbeeld lijkt te zijn, viel het ons toch erg op.

Pros:

Unsere AC ist kaputt gegangen, sodass wir das Zimmer wechseln mussten. Das neue Zimmer hat uns nicht zugesagt, sodass wir es erneut tauschen durften. Das Hotel hat uns dabei sehr gut unterstützt.

Cons:

Die Fenster sind nicht besonders dicht und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Zimmer sind relativ klein, sodass man nicht mal einen Koffer aufgeklappt auf den Boden legen kann. Die Staufläche in Schränken reicht auch nicht aus, um den Koffer komplett auszuräumen.
Frühstück war ok, aber nicht außergewöhnlich.
Rooftop Bar Aussicht Top!
Lage aber unschlagbar.

it was a great stay in a great location - the staff were so great and helpful would recommend
Pros:

the staff were so lovely, the lady at the front was very welcoming and kind and accommodating as well as very helpful, i would definitely recommend this place on the staff alone!

Cons:

the rooftop bar entry was 20 dollars and i wasnt aware as it was half the reason we booked this place
