Property is beautiful old hacienda. With huge rooms. Do not expect to much modernity. It is rustic, beautiful inside and outside. Owners are very nice people. Buffet next to it was so yummy, not expensive. Transportation was safe and very secure with Mister Miguel Blancas. He was our tours guide. We visited so many amazing places for a reasonable pay. I wil recommend you to get in this stunning town.

He viajado por todo México y esta fue, sin duda, la mejor y mi estadía favorita. El personal fue amable al momento del check-in y nos atendió a mí y a mi perro de servicio. La señora que me ayudó se disculpó por la dificultad para comunicarnos... no fue su culpa que mi español sea malo. El encargado del restaurante/bar me invitó a visitarlo y el bar hizo un excelente trabajo.

Mucho ruido de carretera, no tiene buena red de wifi , la TV está de adorno, la ropa de cama y almohadas necesitan un cambio, el bar no tiene lo que promete en el menú. El jardín es hermoso pero no se pudieron disfrutar las bancas porque un trabajador tenía música a todo volumen. El desayuno continental muy bien .

Me gustó la construcción y su antecedente histórico, aunque no presenta algún museo o libros que expliquen más… terrible la atención de la recepcionista del horario de la tarde, grosera, no te atiende en lo que le pides, agresiva, la de la noche fue más amable (la del pelo rizado) fue más agradable y brindó mejor atención, por otra parte, las toallas de baño te las dan manchadas, el desayuno que dan no es lo que imagine, aunque cerca hay un restaurante que atiende muy bien, ese fue nuestra salvación. Las piscinas sucias y fría el agua (no las recomiendo), falla el internet y no hay más nada en el lugar… podría invertirse en construir andadores, fuentes, aprovechar el concepto de hacienda. En fin, dudo en que regresaré a ese lugar.

no es nada de lo publican, la alberca no estaba disponible, no hay wifi, ni señal de tv, además tuvimos un problema con el perro de la propiedad que se soltó y lastimo a mi hijo.

Place was beautiful Rustic. The only problem is that out room was facing road and I did not sleep a bit! Non stop & by non stop I mean NON stop noise of trucks & cars! Also, if you have any physical limitations you want to make sure they don’t give you a room upstairs; no elevators.

Hermoso lugar.
Pros:

Muy bonito lugar, algo ruidoso porque está a pie de carretera. Tiene el inconveniente de que el baño no tiene ventilación propia, se ventila con la habitación. No tiene mosquiteros y si hay mosquitos. La atención es excelente y el desayuno buffet delicioso!

We loved how quiet and lovely this property was. The room was huge. Shower was the best we have had in Mexico. Lots of hot water. The grounds are great. The restaurant on site served a delicious meal with wine. Continental breakfast in the morning provided everything we needed. It’s on its own - not within walking distance of shops or nightlife…exactly what we were looking for. Loved it. Check in was seamless. The attendant was so helpful and friendly - as was everyone we encountered.

Pros:

Excellent stay to visit the monarch butterfly sanctuary in Rosario which is about one hour drive. Very convenient location so we could enjoy the area without being in a rush. Our room was spacious and had the pleasant sound of the spring water. There is some road noias it's right next to the road. But we alway use the white noise app with ocean sounds to sleep so we were very comfortable. Staff are very pleasant and there is a snack bar and restaurant in the facility. Other restaurant options are only 15 minutes away in Cuidad Hidalgo. We will definitely stay here again!
