A responsável pela recepção na parte da tarde foi educada.

Cons:

Quarto com cheiro de cigarro, não havia lençol para cobrir, apenas cobertor com cheiro de chulé. No anúncio do hotel informa que tem estacionamento, porém quando chegamos ao hotel a noite, depois de termos saído para resolver algumas coisas, fomos abordadas por um funcionário extremamente mal-educado, que disse que teríamos que parar o carro na rua, pois não tinha vaga. Informei ao mesmo que não fazia sentido pois reservei o local pois havia a informação de estacionamento, ele mais uma vez com muita grosseria me disse que lá eles não reservam vaga e que eu teria que parar na rua. Eu me recusei, disse que em momento nenhum fui informada de que poderia ficar sem vaga, e que não iria deixar o carro na rua, ele então disse que eu poderia deixar o carro lá dentro, mas que seria chamada a qualquer hora da madrugada caso alguém precisasse sair. Todo o diálogo desta pessoa, que não se identificou, e eu também nem quis saber o nome, foi grosseiro, mal educado e extremamente machista. Não recomendo principalmente para mulheres.
