The room is not good at all, people smoke and smoke fume enters the rooms and it is highly uncomfortable and unprofessional I saw a woman underwear under my bed in the room as well, and this is very bad

Would not recommend as not clean and alot going on all through the night , no refund option

I would recommend taking slippers as our socks where very dirty, shower was hot 🥵 or 🥶 no in the middle, wouldn't recommend and stayed in much better places for the value for money

Overall we were satisfied with the stay at the hotel
Pros:

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The desk manager was very helpful, and informed us, when asked about the nearest tube station

Cons:

We arrived after 15.00hrs, but our room was not ready. we were supposed to be able to have our room from 14.00hrs.
On entering the room, it smelt of cigarette smoke.
The toilet was leaking, and the flush mechanism was not working properly.
The double bed had an extra piece added to the mattress to make it bigger, and was uncomfortable.
The two single beds had just one very flat pillow each.

Golders Garden è il quartiere ebraico, molto particolare (a me è piaciuto). L'Hotel si trova a 10 min a piedi dall'omonima stazione della metro e dal capolinea di diversi autobus (anche quello per Stansted). Lungo la strada principale ci sono diversi negozietti di alimentari e posti dove mangiare qualcosa. L'hotel era carino, camera grande. La pulizia rispettava lo standard inglese. Il personale era molto gentile.

Nightmare
Pros:

They cleaned the room everyday and the staff was quite nice

Cons:

The worst hotel in my life. A small stuffy room with the door which never opened and never closed, I was always late cause couldn't open it. The worst thing is noise!!!! It's everywhere. Snoaring neighbours, sound of the fridge or don't know what outside, TV, screaming all night long. Seems like walls are made of paper. Wi FI never worked, mobile Internet neither. No hair dryer. No hot water. All furniture is broken. Also seemed quite unsafe.
