the person at the front desk was helpful and friendly
the place wasn’t the cleanest, it was not as shown on photos, and a bunch of the furniture wasn’t properly installed onto the walls
Staff was polite,helpful and passages were clean and spacious ,bedroom was airy,tele was good,ensuite was clean and in good working condition,enough towels to use and coffee,tea was enough to use.
Kettle hard to put it on,control batteries wasn,t working fan was too small to use,mattress topper got stains.
The location was good and parking was great.
The room wasn’t great, mouldy shower, hole in the double mattress, holes in the towels, broken latch on the window on very noisy road.

Cleanliness, spacious, well decorated studio room at a good price in an excellent location very close to Golders Green Tube Station, buses linking you to the West end and other places. Useful amenities nearby as well.
The bed mattress was not sturdy enough for my old bones and maybe a bit old.

A little old fashioned in the room and a storage lay out
The property was fairly close to Wembley with an uber being only £18 but too far to walk and the buses done run properly during events
The property is filthy dirty, dirty bedding, ripped towels, dirty floors and a smelly bathroom.
They let us check in early (around 10 am), and also let us store our luggage for several hours after checkout, all without charging extra money.
The staff were polite and welcoming
Our stay was very disappointing, mainly because we didn’t feel safe.
The room door only had a Yale lock with no internal deadbolt, chain, or any other way to secure it from the inside. This meant that anyone with a key, including staff, could potentially enter the room at any time.
To make matters worse, the room was on the ground floor and the windows were extremely insecure. One of the large side windows only had a single handle that was barely attached with one screw, and the middle window had no handle at all. It could be opened very easily from both inside and outside, making it feel as though anyone could gain access during the night. We genuinely didn’t feel safe sleeping there.
The towels were also in a poor condition. Every towel had holes and frayed edges, and one large towel looked as though it had been cut into three smaller towels. They were incredibly small – barely big enough to wrap around a child, let alone an adult.
Overall, the condition and security of the room were far below what we expected. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend it unless these issues are addressed.
Absolutely nothing to like at all.
Unfortunately, my stay was extremely disappointing. The property is very run-down and in desperate need of refurbishment. The toilet and bathroom were old and dirty, with a visibly unclean floor. The towels were brown and heavily discoloured rather than clean white. The room was extremely cramped, with a double bed taking up most of the space, leaving hardly any room to move around. The flooring was ripped and in very poor condition. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the property were unacceptable, and the experience was very disappointing.
