Pros:

Really good communication and directions received from the owner.
Perfect location with lots of restaurants and enotecas nearby. The street parking was easy.
Lovely and charming building and apartment - loved the “roof top” terrace that came with the apartment we rented.

Eccellente la posizione e la pulizia.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà durante il soggiorno derivante dal fatto che la struttura ricettiva utilizza le box per le chiavi e non essendoci personale che illustra le funzionalità dell appartamento inizialmente la tv sembrava non funzionante ed i fornelli altrettanto. In realtà il cavo tv era stato staccato e il gas non arrivava perché - mentre le indicazioni fornite via wa dicevano di aprire solo un rubinetto sotto il lavello - in realtà nessuno ci aveva avvisato dell' esistenza della bombola in un gabbiotto in terrazzo. Con un po' di tenacia abbiamo trovato da soli le soluzioni ad entrambi i problemi, salvo poi non essere riusciti a preparare la cena l ultima sera perché giustappunto con le pentole sul fuoco.. La bombola è terminata....ed era tardi per chiamare e risolvere il problema.
Inoltre, altra incomprensione è stata dovuta all assenza di biancheria da letto per il divano letto (sorpresa anche questa scoperta al momento di andare a dormire), pertanto, essendo comunque in due, la prima sera abbiamo condiviso il letto sebbene avessimo volutamente prenotato un appartamento con due soluzioni differenti per dormire. Anche in questo caso la struttura ha provveduto la mattina seguente.
Al di là di questi inconvenienti il soggiorno è stato comunque piacevole perché l appartamento è centrale e pulito.

Soluzione ultraconsigliata per vivere in centro Modica e la sua vita
Pros:

In posizione centrale, bellissimo appartamento restaurato con gusto, ed eleganza. Completo di quasi tutto (nel nostro mancava la lavatrice, ma per 3 giorni se ne può fare a meno,e metterei anche un forno a microonde, ho visto che in quello adiacente era presente anche l'asciugatrice). Spazi ampi, comodi, ben vivibili. Essendo in centro, magari si può sentire un pò di rumore, ma se volete il silenzio assoluto dove scegliere altre zone. Consigliato

Very comfortable stay in central Modica
Pros:

Clear & concise communication with the owner and a perfect location.
The accommodation exceeded expectations, was thoroughly clean and, despite the central location, surprisingly quiet.
Highly recommended as a base for exploring both the town and, if you have a car, surrounding areas.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.
Parking on the street outside was free overnight and during siesta hours....free parking at other times within 10 minute walk.

Lovely stay in Modica Bassa
Pros:

An absolutely fantastic stay. Elena gave us clear directions on how to find the place (highly recommend following her guidance). The apartment is in a beautifully renovated building tucked away in a charming little alley just off the main street of Modica Bassa — the best of both worlds. It’s wonderfully quiet, yet only a few steps from the lively hustle and bustle.

We stayed in the top-floor apartment, which has a lovely little terrace overlooking the rooftops and the picturesque backdrop of Modica Bassa. Everything was spotless and tastefully decorated — a perfect stay all round.

Nothing, it was just super nice.

Such a beautiful and stylish apartment. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay in Modica. It was very easy to communicate with an owner and she gave us every information we would need while staying in Modica. The apartment is very well equipped and having a washing g machine was a bonus! We had a lovely time in Modica.
