Nos falto donde poder secar toallas y bañadores. La habitacion se hace un poco pequeña para 3 personas (2 adultos y un niño) pero es funcional.

There were a few issues with the room, with one sink out of order due to a broken tap, several light bulbs burnt out and the grout in bathroom needing some attention. All minor issues really. The bar next door was quite loud until 11-12 pm but manageable with ear plugs - if you want a quiet retreat, this is likely not the best place. But if you don't mind being in the thick of things, and the convenience of the bus station, it's great!

The rooms are metal containers with no insulation. The hotel is located next to a karaoke bar and the noise made it impossible to sleep. At 2am noise was still going. The hotel provided no alternatives and mentioned that people often complain about the noise and when that happens they move people to other rooms or hotels but they were fully booked. We left after the first night. Photos are deceptive.

Todo estuvo en orden. Quizás por destacar algo, las habitaciones de 2 personas son algo pequeñas. Pero cumplen su funcion perfectamente. Aparte de la cama, tienen un sofá.
Detrás hay un bar que a nosotros sinceramente no nos molestó el ruido para nada, quizá en otras habitaciones se oiga algo mas.

I booked the penthouse to spent Christmas here and it was ruined because of how disgusting it was upon our arrival. There was human feces in the toilet! Dirty linen clearly the place hadn’t been cleaned. Hair on the bed… insulting. No wonder they don’t provide pictures inside the penthouse it doesn’t equate with the value. The bathroom shower has no door!! Owner offered to pay for our breakfast… when we pay more than $360/night. We said we wanted financial compensation, he said he would reimburse one night and offer and excision that he would stop by. He never did, how impolite and disrespectful. We had to harasse reception to get our first night refund. Will never come back .

Que dos días no tuvimos agua caliente

The plumbing is a problem, had issues with the toilet and the shower is a bit of a lottery as to whether you freeze or get burned! Taps are not secured on the sinks or shower!

Malheureusement je dois etre honnête. Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassé aprés des plaintes. Mais la 1ere chambre était terrible. C'était tout petit , vraiment pas propre, je n'ai pas les mots. La deuxieme chambre ( en hauteur + luxuese selon leur standard) était beaucoup mieux, plus propre mais il y'avait beaucoup de lézard derriere la déco.

Can get a little loud due to the bar next door, but isn’t late and doesn’t prevent you from sleeping.

Noise:

It’s extremely noisy with the newly built bar Nextdoor. We were never able to sleep before midnight because they had music blasting on speakers and sometimes live cover bands and karaoke. One night it wasn’t possible to sleep until around after 1am.

The pipes also make loud noises throughout the night, waking you up periodically.

The rooms: if you book the shipping container room, it’s not very private and the glass in the front faces the other guests at the pool. They upgraded room was nice but still extremely noisy and not very clean.

Very dirty rooms.

Si van a pedir una habitación con cocina y piensan hacer bastantes alimentos tengan mucha paciencia los calentadores están en malas condiciones y tardan bastante en calentar los alimentos.
