Overall, Nest Finn is well located with great service, but the apartments need updating.
Pros:

We had a good stay overall at Nest Finn. The biggest strengths are the 68m² spacious, the seamless check-in and check-out, the 24/7 availability of the team, and the excellent communication via WhatsApp. The staff was always polite and responsive, although the interactions sometimes felt a bit impersonal. The location is excellent for anyone wanting to stay in the Financial District, just steps from Wall Street and within a short walk of the One World Trade Center. The apartment was also functional, well equipped, and thoughtfully designed.

Cons:

The apartment itself feels dated and lacks comfort. The flooring is worn, the décor is very basic, the lighting is too dim, and it is impossible to make the room completely dark. Since the windows do not open, the mechanical ventilation runs constantly and is quite noisy, as is the air-conditioning unit inside the bedroom. The bathroom also feels outdated, especially with the old-style shower curtain. We were also disappointed that housekeeping could not come on our last day despite requesting it during the advertised service hours because they were too busy. Finally, the absence of any breakfast option was a drawback. Overall, the apartments would benefit from modernization and better soundproofing.

Keep your friendly staff!!
Pros:

I really enjoyed the staff being so nice and greeted us when we arrived. The front desk clerk was there to make sure your stay felt like home. If me, my family and friends go back to NY I will most definitely recommend staying here at the Nester Finn Financial.

Cons:

We are from Louisiana and their is always a parking lot. Here we had to park in a near by parking facility. We had a discount but still kinda expensive.

Номер отличный, просторный, удобный. Мебель не самая современная, но комфортная. В номере кухня и все удобства, мы завтракали и разок ужинали в номере - очень удобно.

Прекрасная терраса на крыше здания - нам очень понравилось там.

Вид из окна на соседнее здание в 15 метрах, не совсем комфортно, что могут заглядывать в окна - но это местная специфика Нью-Йорка и этого квартала.
