pomimo dopełnienia formalności online musieliśmy ponownie ich dokonać na miejscu, zmieniono kod i zażądano opłat, które nie były w ofercie. Wszystkie opłaty były ujęte w cenie całkowitej, którą zapłaciłam przed przyjazdem. Bardzo nieuprzejma obsługa - Pani Olena, która obcesowo odesłała z tematem do obsługi klienta booking i nie chciała wydać potwierdzenia opłaty dodatkowej
musieliśmy zmienić pokój w środku nocy bo zamek nie działał, nieświadomi zostawiliśmy wieczorem otwarty pokój wychodząc na spacer
po drugiej interwencji tym razem bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny pracownik - Kayle pomógł rozwiązać problem, z uwagi na późną porę 11.30 pm zmienił nam pokój. Było to dosyć kłopotliwe bo już byliśmy przygotowani do snu po podróży
pomimo informacji że jest pralnia odpłatna w budynku - dostępu do pralni nie było. Uzyskaliśmy później informację, ze pralni nie ma
w salonie nie działała klimatyzacja
prysznic w jednej z łazienek huczał i piszczał, budził pewnie pół pionu
Uważam, że to jest nieuczciwe jeżeli na początku pobytu stawia się gości w tak niekomfortowej i nieprzyjemnej sytuacji z dodatkowymi opłatami, których nie ma w ofercie. To źle wpłynęło nasze odczucie odnośnie obiektu zwłaszcza że w specyfikacji opłaty był naliczony podatek i opłata miejska a potem od nas zadano tego samego ponownie.

A great location and value with an incredibly friendly and helpful staff!
Pros:

The staff! And their very helpful communications. An amazing group of humans. Glorious roof deck too. Great location. Loved the products and water pressure.

Cons:

My room could have been a bit warmer/more inviting. The photo above is warm and inviting. Mine was just a little stark. No lighting around the bed, no instructions for the tv/roku, which I didn’t need, but might’ve used. But I will absolutely return and I’m glad to know of this property now!

Loved the space and amenities!
Pros:

I loved they held my reservation despite arriving late due to flight delays. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant.

Cons:

Initially not as clean as I would have liked, my wife cleaned to get it to our standard. It was clean enough there was just hair in bathroom in tub, on floors and in towels. We travel with our own for this reason.

Pros:

Convenient location in Financial District to access the subway and ferries, plenty of restaurants in the area. Kitchenette useful for snacks and morning beverages. Staff friendly and onsite maintenance very responsive.

Cons:

AC was flaky, needed to call maintenance multiple days to reset the unit, but maintenance was at least immediately available and able to fix it. Loud construction noise outside one day due to street repairs, but that can happen anywhere in the city.

Comfortable and very clean. The well equipped room made it feel like home.
The staff were young but very impressive. I wish I knew their names but there were three or four. All very consistently professional.

Cons:

Having a carpet on the hardwoods around the bed would be a nice touch for comfort.
