Property details says breakfast is included. However since my receipt doesn’t show it, it wasn’t given to me. Tried negotiating but no success. Was thinking that I should have been accommodated.

Swimming pool for display??? Clogged toilet. Counting furnitures,curtains,ref.tv and etc. before and after check in and out.No breakfast as advertised

This property is a favorite venue for wedding receptions and similar events. It has an atmosphere of elegance and offers a friendly and proficient staff. Electrical outlets are limited and towel placements are a bit too high for shorter guests but they are minor inconveniences and are easily offset by the convenient overall accommodation offered by the hotel.

Very nice hotel, appears to be recently built. Big clean rooms in great condition. A bit quirky in its layout (some rooms open directly onto the dining room, which also has a swimming pool in the middle of it) but charming nonetheless. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Our second time at this hotel. Still an excellent choice if youre looking for lodging in Lingayen. Shout out to the very attentive and efficient staff

Good Service, Good Food.

The hotel is generally excellent. Its location is perfect, accessible. The staff are generally kind, courteous, generous. They allowed us to use their shower room even we had been checked out. They checked us out quite well, considering that we stayed only overnight. Bergamo Hotel is highly recommendable. And is is our favorite place now in Lingayen.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. Clean place. Delicious food and the unilimited complimentary of coffee/choco /tea is such a great idea. Most imporant our stay was stress free..

Daily complementary breakfast was excellent! Special shout out to Tom and Jaymar for starting our day out right our entire stay!

Family was visiting the area from Hawaii and California with other relatives and the staffs accused us of stealing towels. Housekeeping should have done their full inspection first before making the accusation. After rechecking the room, house keeping found the said stolen towels in the bathroom. I understand that some people do take towels from hotels, but this is the first time I’ve ever experienced for a hotel to come right out accused guests. No matter how apologetic they were, it was too late. My family were upset and embarrassed. We’ve never experienced anything like this. So, for those thinking of staying at this hotel, have the staff come in and inventory for supplies. Just ridiculous!

It's better if they informed the guest about the pool and restaurant hours (esp closing). Overall, everything is good.
