Perfect!
Pros:

This was the first of many hotels on a 2 week vacation in Japan that 6 of us friends went on. Very close to the station (2 mins) as well as all the night spots and the downtown area. The hotel staff were very helpful. There's basic breakfast available in the morning. Rooms are quite small but well kept and is best if you are on a budget. We were! All in all.. I will strongly recommend this hotel.
