Nice and clean with no issues

Our family had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Place Dubai Residence, and we were beyond impressed by the exceptional hospitality and service provided by the entire team. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for, as if we were part of their extended family.

A special mention goes to the restaurant staff, particularly Prasamsha and M. Amjad, who went above and beyond to ensure that our children were well taken care of, always providing them with their favorite French fries for dinner and ensured that our little ones never felt hungry late at night, which we truly appreciated Their attentiveness and dedication. Namgel and anirudh for their friendliness.

The hotel's facilities are outstanding—cozy, peaceful contributed to our comfort, especially the delicious food, which elevated our experience even further. Initially planning a three-day stay, we were so impressed by the quality of service that we extended our visit by additional day.

Additionally, we would like to extend our gratitude to Mr. Santosh at the swimming area on the 8th floor, who ensured the safety of our children while they enjoyed their time in the pool.

One of the most memorable moments of our stay was the wonderful surprise arranged by the hotel staff aravind, sabitha to celebrate our vacation wedding anniversary. The heartfelt letter, beautiful decorations, and the thoughtful welcome cake made the occasion truly special and unforgettable.

The Hotel is adequate for a 2 night stay, the views are limited and be prepared for an early morning call as the local Mosque is next to the Hotel.

I've been to this location several times and i really love it. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful from the valet to the reception to the housekeeping and everywhere in between.

Good property to stay

I was in the Hyatt place Jumeirah residence for 1 night.the main problem was traffic.in order to municipality construction ,we faced a heavy traffic.there is another headache in that area, 2 driving school. On the other hand breakfast was good with polite staff.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt. Restaurant staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Harinder. Restaurant managers on the other hand treated their employees really but , telling them off in front of customers. Rooms were cleaned every day. Food at restaurant was good with a many Indian dishes.
Underground parking is available for the guests.

Nice friendly staff, helpful and kind.

First , the staff in the whole hotel was amazing. The location was really nice. The receptionists, the staff in the restaurant, the spa, gym, everything was very nice. Ladt week we went there as a family and stayed in the apartments part and it was amazing for a family. In the breakfast all the staff was amazing. Especially Abigail and Nafras. They were very helpful, very kind and smiling. Thank you for everything. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Spotlessly clean, reception staff, cleaning staff security and valet parking were all great we had booked a one bedroom apartment we were not disappointed with the apartment in general the hotel and apartments are modern well kept he facilities throughout are in keeping with its four star rating I used the service of Wox restaurant room service and was happy with the meal our special note must go to the cleaning staff who cleaned appt206 they are the engine of this hotel they keep the apartments and hotel spotless thankyou

Great location. Great service. Nice size rooms. Kitchen well stocked but not with cleaning supplies to wash dishes or wipe your hands. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay.

Stayed for 2 months, studio apartment 209. Excellent service from cleaners Om and Satish! However, the aparment could benefit from a different funiture layout. Especially missing a sofa of some kind as the appartment has a kingsize bed, one chair and then a dining table with four chairs in the corner. I would much rather have had a good corner sofa and a table in that corner to relax in and watch TV. Otherwise, the stay was excellent.

Very bad experience, im not recommending te hotel at all.
Unclean bathroom, rude staff, you have to wait for a long time that someone respond to your request.
For example, AC was not working and i had to ask for the maintenance team every two hours so anyone to come to fix it. And when asking for changing the room because of the AC problem the reception refused

Hotel stay in the apartments, was priced correct the service was good the cleaning team pleasant and helful.

Near to supermarket , pharmacy. Excellent service. Very clean. The only thing me and my friends didnt like was the location of our room which I think was above the Luna Bar. It`s very noisy starting around 10-11pm and we hardly get some sleep for the entire stay of 6 nights. I asked the front desk if we could possibly be moved to another room but said they were full.
