I would definitely stay here again, great location, very walkable.
Pros:

The room was extremely spacious, clean, and met all of our needs. Very convenient to have a kitchen included.

とても広いお部屋で、キッチンやレンジ、冷蔵庫も完備しており家族での宿泊には最高！
Pros:

広々としたお部屋と、お風呂が独立しており、旅の疲れも癒され快適に過ごせました。
また札幌に泊まる機会があれば利用差たいと思います。

Cons:

とに着座する時に少し不安があったので、トイレの壁に手すりがあると安心して使用出来たなと思いました。

房間非常大，兩張單人床一張雙人床
行李就算全開都還很有空間
有按摩浴缸還有廚房
地點離薄野站走路約10分鐘以內，鬧中取靜
旁邊就有Lawson非常方便，要到附近的狸小路商圈或大通公園可以搭路面電車🚋

No 5 star, maybe 3 star if you overlook some flaws
Pros:

Nice front desk staff. Room size. Large tub with jets - soaking in the hot water after a long day was blissful. Once you figured out how to work it. Hint: you must turn on water (shower or bath) by turning bath on; the plug/drain stopper is controlled by silver button behind headrest. Nice hairdryer. Larger than average hotel refrigerator with freezer. Kitchenette with hot water kettle, microwave, one electric burner and sink - access to 2nd sink was great with party of 3. Good size beds with nice comforter in duvet decently comfortable. Laundry facilities on 2nd floor with large handicapped friendly public restroom. Self service supplies (Kleenex, slippers, toiletries, body towel). Quick to deliver when additional blanket (large comforter) or pillow cases requested. Alerted them to broken stained sofa and they replaced it. Adjacent to two Konbini and a great bar (Tram Pint) with Guinness, Duvel and Sapporo Classic on tap as well as expansive vinyl collection and awesome owner Ritsu. Walkable to many local shops, restaurants, etc.

Cons:

Room smelled like armpit. Cannot open window to air it out. Room was rundown with stained carpet and multiple Holes in walls. Stained broken sofa. Requested extra pillows which were delivered without pillowcases. Coffee table cheap laminate with bubbled surface. Small laundry machines and dryers that barely work (100 Yen per dryer cycle and you needed 4 cycles to get your clothes damp dry). Only 2 washers and dryers for entire hotel. No instructions for air conditioning or for tub/shower operation- had to upload pic via Google lens to get instructions. Don’t bother translating with Papago. No privacy in bathroom: door between toilet and tub room is glass. fee for checking out 20 min late 1000 yen. Walking through red light district at night. Room only serviced one time with stay of 5 nights. Shorter stays, no housekeeping. Room tax must be paid onsite CASH ONLY.
