Nice location , 3 metro stations near, longest shopping street full with restaurants just a step away. Nice rooms, clean, all necessary cosmetics and teas. Breakfast is nice and varies day to day. Staff is amazing and when kitchen staff finishing breakfast service - there is cute little “thank you” routine 😍

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, especially beef soup and octopus balls, even better cooking then in other your chain hotel and even better then in local restaurants!

Cons:

Your room could have better layout organisation. Like your sister hotel, so guest get more space.

Closed windows - but I see it in all hotel high building, so guest it's standart suicidal prevention.

Primer viaje a Japón
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta si quieres una zona un poco más apartada de lo que es el centro, el personal es súper amable y te ayudan en todo, el metro lo tienes a 3 minutos andando y si vas a universal el tren que te deja en la puerta lo tienes a 10 minutos andando, sin duda si alguna vez vuelvo a Osaka repetiría hotel sin dudarlo

La única pega que puedo ponerle al hotel es q las camas para mí eran un poco rígidas pero nada del otro mundo

A very pleasant stay with kind staff, good food, and an overall welcoming atmosphere.
Pros:

I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel and had a very nice experience overall. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was also good and satisfying.

I would definitely recommend this place.

Cons:

If possible, it would be great if the English communication could be improved a bit, but despite that, the team was always very helpful and friendly.
