フロントの方もとても丁寧で親切な方で有難かったです。お部屋もリフォーム済みで綺麗でした。お風呂・お手洗が狭かったかな…？でもお値段的にも十分でした！お世話になりました。
駅前から港周辺に出かけるのにも便利で、部屋(ツインルーム)の広さも十分でとても良かったです。
壁が薄いのか廊下や隣の部屋の音が少し気になりましたが、価格を考えるとそこまで求めたらいけないかなぁと思います。
部屋に館内案内表などがあればもっと良かったです。(大浴場は1階、自販機は2階等。エレベーター内には表示がありましたが)

受付の３０代くらいの女性の対応がマニュアルすぎ。再度、その女性がいないときに別の男性スタッフに聞き直したら、先ほどの女性は教えてくれなかったことを教えてくれた。
チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりが17時までなので観光のスケジュール注意。
Like the hotel, rental car package arrangement. The rooms are simple but spacious. Pillows tend to be a bit hard (standard Japanese style) but beds are wide. Overall, this is a very convenient place to stay when visiting the Kumano area. This was a third visit, and we easily recommend to others. less than 3 minute walk to station.
たくさん旅行したい私としては、コスパ重視で選びました。フロントの対応など、全く問題ないと思います。あさ地元の人に聞けば、ここ数年の台風被害で、崩落した道路や建物の復旧工事にきてるひとがよく使うようです。観光という雰囲気はないですが、穴場としていいと思います。
駅から近く、部屋も広くて快適に過ごせました。天然温泉とのことでしたが、大浴場が使えたのも良かったです。
宿泊費を考えるとコスパは抜群。シングルでも部屋は広く、ベッドもダブルサイズ。天然温泉の大浴場もまあまあ。
3樓客房晚上有低頻噪音、第二天換行李搬來搬去、換了的房間乃有噪音、温泉設施差、連飲水机都沒有、不推薦此酒店
温泉大浴場がある事が嬉しい。
部屋が広く居心地がいい
雖說旅館感覺的出來有點年紀~但整體很乾淨~這個價位竟然也還有溫泉浴場~真的很超值~不過附近的鄉親也會在晚上過來泡....其實還滿微妙的~有一個地方比較棘手~就是他是在後站....推大行李的話...一定得硬搬一段樓梯就是了...所以同行者只有女性可能就會比較吃力囉.....但還是覺得很不錯的一間旅館~
