Simma Hotel spa and waterpark

Facility is beautiful and clean, however it is isolated and far from main attractions

The staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel was nice and spacious and super clean . I cannot fault this hotel at all.

The hotel itself is good, big rooms, good swimming people and playgroud for the kids. The staff are very friendly and understands some English. It is far from the main attractions. Very busy streets and some dinning area are very far.

Excellent hotel

空港からのピックアップはできたが、空港への送迎も出来ると思ってメールで依頼し予約したが、現地で追加で10ドルと言われ断った。
事前に確認のメールをしたが、返信がなかったので当日まで分からなかった。

청소를 부탁하면, 보통 1시간 안에 청소해 줍니다.
숙소에 제공되는 물 이외에 추가로 물을 요청해도 줍니다.
9시 55분에 아침 식사도 제공 됩니다.
직원들도 친철하십니다.

とても過ごしやすい環境で、スタッフの対応もよく満足しました

施設、スタッフの対応に関しては大変満足しましたが、ホテル側の事情で2泊中１泊ができず、別のホテルに泊まる必要があった（無料送迎もあり、紹介先ホテルは支払い不要で立派なホテルでした。）点が少し残念でした。
ホテルの空港への無料送迎もついており、また朝食も品数も多く豪華でした。総合的には非常によいホテルです。

It was the first visit there Tashkent.
Clean and convient for everything. Fruit service was surprised. They picked up me and transport to the airport. Wish to visit there again!

Although I only stayed here for a night for making a transit at Tashkent lnternational Airport, I can't recommend more for those planning to do the same. Airport transfer which is included was accurate, drivers, especially the one who picked me up at the airport was friendly. Bedroom is clean and spacious. Receptionist were attentive and speaks English. It was pity that I could not enjoy breakfast, as I left there at 04:45

Professional stuff, cleanliness, amenities

I stayed on this hotel as part of a business trip. I found it hard to communicate in English sometimes. The pros are:
It was close to my workplace, the industrial part of Tashkent.
It has an amazing pool.
Receptionists try really hard to fulfil whatever you ask.
The cons are:
They don't serve any kind of alcohol on this place. You are allowed to bring your own but not to drink it in public places.
The food from the restaurant was reheated from the microwave sometimes and it was at least disgusting (it happens to be a chef as well and know when something is reheated).
Due to the language barrier (the receptionist didn't speak/understand good English according to their manager's admission, although he seemed to speak and understand me very well when I talked to him) they didn't charge me for the transportation I was using during my whole stay, despite the fact that I mentioned all the days the places I had been during my stay, using their taxi driver. So, afterwards they called me asking me to transfer them money into a bank account, which is impossible.

If there was a better score to give than excellent I would. Every staff member seemed to have been trained to give exceptional service. We don't speak Uzbek or Russian and everyone from the receptionist to the food and beverage staff and servers to the GM and night staff (we arrived at 4am after a long flight from the US to Tashkent). They made us feel like we arrived at home een tho' we were far away from home. We would highly recommend anyone who is thinking about going to Tashkent to stay at the Simma Hotel.
We returned home a couple of days ago but already miss the amazing people of Simma Hotel which created an image in our minds and hearts of the culture and incredible friendliness of Tashkent. We will definitely return to our 'Home away from Home'.

Great customer service, delicious breakfast, clean modern homes. I’ll revisit again next time when I travel to Tashkent.

I loved the cleanliness of the rooms, the staff, and the waterpark. The food is also excellent, try their T-Bone steak.
