Hôtel sympa avec l’accès aux cénotes, ce qui est un vrai plus. La réceptionniste est gentille et accueillante.

Cons:

la propreté laisse à désirer : les murs et la terrasse étaient sales. Dommage aussi que le seul restaurant de l’hôtel ferme à 17h et que les cénotes ne soient pas mieux entretenus ni les deux piscines de l’hôtel.

De toegang tot het cenotepark is dé reden om hierheen te gaan. En rond 4 uur apen bij het hotel, superleuk!

Cons:

Het zwembad lag vol blad waardoor het niet zo aantrekkelijk oogde om er te gaan zwemmen.

A acomodação fica dentro da área dos cenotes e os hóspedes tem livre acesso durante o horário de funcionamento. O quarto tem uma cozinha que possibilita o preparo de alimentação, com fogão a gás, freegobar e utensílios. Quarto limpo, com ar condicionado, chuveiro quente e com boa pressão, cama grande e confortável.

Riesiger Pool & direkter Cenoten-Zugang inmitten der Selva Maya

Die Casa Tortuga ist eine wunderschöne, ruhig gelegene Anlage in der Selva Maya – ideal für alle, die Entspannung abseits vom Trubel suchen. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, um flexibel zu sein.
Die Zimmer sind groß und die Betten bequem, auch wenn sie für mehrere Personen eher etwas klein sind.
Die Poolanlage mit Hängematten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Ein echtes Highlight ist der inkludierte Zugang zu den Cenoten, der den Aufenthalt besonders macht.
Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Ort für alle, die Ruhe, Natur und ein besonderes Ambiente schätzen.

Que con el hospedaje ya incluye la entrada al parque de casa tortuga y las actividades de tirolesa y kayak

Cons:

Que hay demasiados moscos y las habitaciones no cuentan con mosquiteros.
Las camas un poco duras y las almohadas ya aplastadas ya deberían comprar unas nuevas.
Con la habitación si estaba limpia pero las albercas que son 2 el agua se ve un poco sucia y con muchas hojas de los árboles

Cafeterias open post 9 and sometimes later depending on vendors choice. They should have dedicated breakfast options opening 7 AM.

Hotellet var greit nok men det som utpekte seg var servicen til personalet, tidlig innsjekk, tilgang til cenoteparken både før innsjekk og etter utsjekk. Det at du har tilgang til cenoteparken inkludert guiding var fantastisk. 5 herlige cenoter, samt zipline og kajakkutleie. Bassengområdene var fine og vi hadde det ene bassenget for oss selv. Ikke langt å kjøre inn til Tulum hvis du har egen bil

Pros:

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel y en ambas ocasiones todo ha estado excelente.

Esta ocasión nos hospedamos en un departamento para 6 personas y los espacios son amplios y la cocina tiene lo necesario para poder preparar alimentos si es necesario.

Cons:

No tengo quejas ni comentarios negativos en mi estancia.

Todo dentro del hotel se encuentra en buen estado y bien cuidado.

Es importante considerar que es recomendable llegar en automóvil ya que el hotel esta lejos desde el acceso a Casa Tortuga.
