Great!
Pros:

The huge bathroom and the fact that the bus station was right in front of the building.
Also I almost forgot, the coffee shop right underneath the apartment was exceptional!

Sono stata bene e non ha posizione lontana dal centro, ma comoda per raggiungerlo.

La stanza accogliente e pulita è la gentilezza dei proprietari

Cons:

Essendo posizionato sopra a un bar, il sabato sera c’è stato un po’ di rumore, ma ho chiamato il bar e ho chiesto la cortesia di abbassare la musica, così hanno fatto.

A small, cozy accommodation in a perfect location
Pros:

The place was exactly as described — small and intimate, very clean, and well equipped for a short stay. The location was perfect, just steps away from the bus station that takes you directly to Venice. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and easy to communicate with, making everything smooth from start to finish.

Station de bus en bas de l établissement. Ainsi que leurs bar restaurant. De nombreux restaurants non loin.

Cons:

Lit dure qui donne mal au dos ,un surmatelas serais idéal.

Pros:

Belle chambre propre avec quelques équipements (micro-ondes et frigo pas très accessible)
L'accès pour venise pratique grâce au bus juste en dessous de la chambre
Du fait lieu un peu bruyant( car rue passante juste à côté en plus du café et église avec cloche à 7h des le matin ,et voisin qui vous fait écouter de la musique jusqu'à 23h)
Le café fait aussi restaurant avec quelques plats simples mais bon
Très bonne et grande boulangerie a environs 250m ( attention vers la gauche en sortant)

Eva ne nous a pas accueilli comme nous le pensions mais à répondue à toutes nos demandes
Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble

Environment un peu bruyant

Pros:

Die Sauberkeit und der Empfang und die Betreuung des Gastgebers waren sehr gut. Bushaltestelle nach Venedig direkt vor der Haustür. Für 1,50€ fährt man in 30 Minuten direkt nach Venedig.

Cons:

Das Gästebett war ungemütlich und hat bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht und geknarrt.

Un merveilleux séjour aux portes de Venise !
Pros:

Très bon séjour à Venise ! Cet endroit est idéalement situé avec les transports et les commodités au pied de l’appartement. La chambre est belle et bien décorée, les équipements sont très bien et l’on y dort bien ! Je recommande fortement cet établissement :)

Cons:

Une des chambres donne au dessus d’un commerce et l’on peut être parfois réveillé par les discussions des clients mais rien de réellement problématique.

Pros:

Our room was beautifully organised, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was wonderful, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—just what we needed after exploring Venice! All amenities were available, making the stay very convenient.

The hosts were both incredibly helpful and always happy to assist with anything we needed.

The location is great—there’s a bus stop right outside with frequent buses to both the train station and Venice San Marco Island. We bought the 2-day ACTV travel pass, which was well worth it as it allowed us unlimited access to buses and vaporettos throughout Venice.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
