Disponibilité de l équipe, merci Furkan. Très bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix pour tous les gouts avec très sympathique accueil tous les matins . Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville . Chambre spacieuse propre et calme malgré sa situation centrale. Nous avons aussi diné au restaurant de l hôtel la qualité est là .

Cons:

Transfert aéroport hôtel un peu onéreux par rapport a ce qui se fait, mais nous connaissions le prix a l'avance.

Great experience for me - highly recommend!
Pros:

The view was from the balcony absolutely amazing - with a direct sightline of the Aya Sofia which never fails to impress. The staff were very friendly too, and room was clean, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was nice too, with a great selection of cheese and meats. All in all, great value for money, and I recommend without hesitation.

Cons:

Very minor - some expected amenities (eg stirrer for coffee/tea or a spoon) were not there. Of course, I could have requested this, but dealt without.

Excellent hotel in perfect location.
Pros:

Excellent location for the old town, close to everything. Very helpful staff. Breakfast is excellent with amazing view from rooftop. Basement spa with Turkish Hamman which is definitely worth doing and hotel guests receive 20% discount on spa. Only 10 mins walk to nearest port for ferry and boat trips. 20-25 mins walk across the bridge to the other side of Istanbul.
