Pros:

Everything about my experience in this hotel was positive.
Excellent position, close to the main attractions.
My room was big enough, with all the necessary stuff.
Nice breakfast with many options, at the top of the terrace with wonderful view over the city.
Finally, Turkish Hammam was an amazing experience! You have to pay to access the spa, but it's worth it. You can get a 20% discount if you're a guest of the hotel.
Thank you to Hasan and the rest of the staff who made my experience really pleasant and made me always feel very welcomed.

Odlična hotelska namestitev z izjemno lokacijo.
Pros:

Odličen zajtrk z izjemnim pogledom na lokacijo v centru mesta in izjemna lokacija samega hotela v središču mesta, kjer so vse glavne znamenitosti le korak stran. Prav tako je v ceni tudi wellness (savna), ter prav tako zelo dobre hamam.

Cons:

Mislim, da je bilo moje bivanje odlično in sama nastavnitev tudi. Še se bom vrnil.

Pros:

Mohammed et Aydin sont à votre écoute et très serviables. Ils nous ont beaucoup aidé à nous diriger dans la ville malgré notre mauvaise maîtrise de la langue anglaise. L hôtel est très bien situé à proximité de tous les sites

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner manque de qualité. Il est copieux mais pas savoureux.

So If you are not interested in Spa and you do not drink coffee , you will definitely enjoy your staying.
Pros:

The service and stuff was excellent. Reacted and helped with issue very fast.
Good location.
Amazing view from the restaurant(breakfast) on the 6th floor.
Room was cosy and clean.

Cons:

Coffee was very bad ,Strongly recommend to get a good coffee machine for breakfasts. For breakfast I would recommend to add at least one type of pancakes and one kind of porridge. For example oat or buckwheat.

In spa zone I bought a Hammam program 60 euro and foot massage 40 euro, also left a good tip. But after Hammam washing I asked about changing or taking of the disposable underwear ( they were like shorts, not comfortable) master said no. So I had to lay on massage in wet underwear. The relaxing room smelled with cats, but it is not the Spa zone problem , the smell came thought the ventilation from the street. Maybe I recommend to change relaxing place for customers. There also wasn’t tea choice after programe. They brought me red, but I don’t like it.

Cons:

The place is good in all regards; maybe breakfast could be more varied.
Free spa attendance included in the service is quite poor. Not if we wanted much other than just some rest in the sauna, and it was okay. But there was no place to change clothes or even get a shower after it, which was quite uncomfortable. No wish to go there again after that. Can’t say anything about the spa treatments, we weren't interested at the moment.

The most value for money hotel in the most ideal location
Pros:

The view from the terrace was breathtaking. The personnel was very polite, friendly and eager to help. The location was ideal, next to Hagia Sophia and the centre of the roman city.

Рекомендую отель туристам, имеющим целью в короткие сроки познакомиться с историей и культурой Стамбула.
Pros:

Отель расположен рядом с главными достопримечательностями Стамбула: мечетями Айя - София, Голубая мечеть, цистерна Базилика. В отеле вежливые, внимательные администраторы, хороший ресторан.

Cons:

Жаль, что часто был сильный шум воды из ванной комнаты соседнего номера, которая примыкает к нашей комнате.
