Pros:

Das Bett war ein Traum und das bequemste was wir auf unserer dreiwöchigen Japan Reise hatten

War direkt an einer stark befahren Straße und sehr laut außerdem war es immer nervig über die große Kreuzung in die Stadt zu gehen

員工十分親切，滿分好評! 協助我們辦理會員好讓我們可以提早入住，真的非常親切! 房間比一般大阪鬧區還大，但離心齋橋鬧區要走一段距離。隔壁有間好吃的拉麵! 附近也有很多超商~

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, location was convenient and brand new hotel so rooms, although on the small side, were very nice. All ammenities included, as well as Pjs and slippers.

Cons:

It would be good to have an English speaking movie Chanel.

Delightful hotel, very comfortable and spacious. Perfect location for travel.

Staff - friendly, helpful, professional
Location - walking distance to two metro stations, one of which is literally outside the hotel entrance. Perfect for travel
Rooms - spacious, comfortable and clean

Un sublime hôtel au cœur d'Osaka
