Great. Would stay again
Pros:

Very close to the subway station. Staff were very pleasant. Location very close to popular areas but still quiet area.

Cons:

Needs more washers/dryers. Breakfast and meals were too expensive

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas. El personal es super amable. Muy bien ubicado, tiene metro cerca y se puede ir dando un paseo a Dotombori. El Onsen está fenomenal. Además tienen café en recepción de Nespresso gratis que es todo un detalle. Nos encantó el hotel.

A very enjoyable stay in Osaka!
Pros:

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel.
It was convenient, with easy access to various restaurants and shops. The staff was very helpful (and even tried to help us with booking a hair appointment!). The bed was SO comfortable, really loved staying at this hotel!

Pros:

Right next to subway. Nice room furnishing and clean room toilet. Small but adequate onsen. Friendly staff. Hotel helped with freezing of my breast milk in their freezer. Breakfast was alright, not too crowded and easy to find seats

Cons:

Could hear traffic noise from room, as hotel is near highway. The aircon in room was a little weak, so on hot sunny days there was legit hear emanating from the windows, making the room a little warm. The onsen changing room is so hot! They put a standing fan to help but it’s still very hot. It’s like there’s no aircon in there.
