It was very welcoming

Best Hotel in Osaka - Amazing Staff!
Pros:

Amazing staff and team - best we experienced in Japan! This was a bucket list trip to Japan for my son and I, and what a great choice for our final destination.

This hotel is centrally located in a great neighborhood in Osaka and close to everything (castle, dotunburi, great local restaurants and ahopping, etc). The hotel has great rooms and a wonderful restaurant with a reasonably priced breakfast buffet that is also very good.

The real highlight of this hotel is the staff, they are first and foremost friendly and courteous - genuinely nice people. They are knowledgable and kind with their time and recommendations. And most impressively they go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. We dealt with some interesting situations ranging from timing of our arrival to trying to ship purchases back to the US (not easy these days so we’ll be taking an extra package home with us).

The front desk was truly amazing throughout our stay. Ms. Han, Mr. Sakaeda, Ms. Akriti, and all of the staff - thank you! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka.

Pros:

식사는 무난한 호텔 조식입니다. 메뉴는 많지않으나, 아이의 아침식사를 위해서 선택한것이라면 딱 적당합니다.

Cons:

남측에 위치했던 방에다가 방인테리어가 주로 블랙으로 되어있어서 그런지 낮에는 매우 더웠습니다.
추가적으로 저녁엔 F1주간이여서 그랬던건지는 모르겠으나 슈퍼카 혹은 오토바이의 소음이 과했습니다.

A nice cozy room in Osaka Honmachi
Pros:

The room have enough space for 2 of us and in a good location near to the station.

Access to Shinsaibashi-Dotonbori is pretty close and it’s easy to find what your need at the surrounding.

The service was great although the elevator waiting could take you sometimes to come.
