Went for a girls getaway and it was a fabulous experience! From an early check in including a glass of champagne to a beautiful room and a truly high end feel to the resort - it all made for a special few days. A big shout out to Serina and Alex at the front desks for their friendly helpfulness. Thank you JW for treating us so well!
Our experience could not have been better. The hotel is a stunning masterpiece, showcasing Richard Kessler’s private art collection and offering beauty at every turn. We were captivated by the architectural transformation of this historic electric plant; watching enormous ships glide past our river-view window was a particular highlight. Beyond the aesthetics, the amenities were abundant—the craft cocktails by April at Bao Bao were perfection, and every staff encounter was flawless. A standout moment occurred when the valet hand-delivered my husband’s forgotten phone to our door before we even realized it was missing. Furthermore, the concierge, Kyle, was exceptional. He offered sound advice, great dining tips and, I think, privately notified Vic’s on the River of our anniversary, securing us some extra special care there. With its prime location in the heart of the riverside walk, we were able to walk everywhere and soak up the wonderful Savannah vibe.

We need to shout out Ms. Sam and Ms. Erika from the amazing poolside bar. What lovely ladies, with amazing hospitality skills, a totally lost art, but these ladies were very pleasant and excellent "baristas!" This hotel, as a whole, is gorgeous and very unique! We will be back!!

Ich war mit meiner Familie. Meine beiden Kinder zehn und 16 Jahre waren sehr begeistert und meine Frau fand es auch sehr schön.. die Location war sehr ansprechend und die Zimmer sehr groß. Das Frühstück war ein à la carte Frühstück. War sehr lecker.

Wow! What a gem this hotel is in the heart of Savannah!
We booked this because the Christmas market is right outside the hotel! Our room overlooked the river and the market. It was absolutely beautiful.
This hotel has so much to offer! They gave each of our boys stuffed animals when we arrived, and then later delivered a special treat for them. We also received a food voucher that my husband used at one of the connected restaurants.
You could stay here for a week and have everything you need right at your fingertips!
There are restaurants on property, a Starbucks right outside. We went during Christmas market and that was great! It’s a large market, tons of people, but tons of vendors! Such a great experience.
The gemstone collection downstairs isn’t like anything we’ve ever seen before! We didn’t get to see all of them, but they were some of the biggest we’ve ever seen!
The valet was fantastic. The nicest people and helped us load and unload our car.
The room was huge! Extremely comfortable beds, and just luxurious. Our boys were blown away!
They even got to see big container ships go down the river!
What a comfortable place to stay! I arrived late-ish on a Tuesday evening and was treated to the red carpet. My room was ready, clean and quiet, overlooking the river. The hotel is amazing and although separated into three buildings, easy to navigate. Very close to the historic district, but I promise you, you need great walking shoes! The bed is like sleeping on a cloud! I’ve been sleeping like the dead since I got here. You get one voucher per day to spend at the hotels many restaurants, which is a nice perk. It’s busy, but not overly crowded if that makes sense. I’m really happy with my choice!

I feel like I am living in a Seinfeld Episode. You know how to take a reservation, but you don't know how to keep one.
My wife and I made this reservation back in December, however when we arrived shortly before 5pm on 3/20/26 we were told that the room we had reserved was unavailable. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN? After looking for some time, the desk clerk told us he could move us to a "similar room" in the Atlantic building, or we could wait to see if something opened up. We opted for the Atlantic Building as we had nowhere to go, but we are both unhappy, especially for the price of the room, and the fact that we made the reservation months ago. Again, HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN?
The room we were put in was "similar" in that it does have a king bed, but is very small, and not at all what we had reserved. After settling in the room I called Bonvoy Member Support, and after speaking with a nice representative, was told that she would contact the hotel, and let the manager know of our displeasure, and have them contact us ASAP. It is now nearly 10pm and we have heard nothing. We have been Bonvoy members for more than 10 years, and this is the worst experience we have ever had.
Will someone reach out and make this right? I have my doubts.
