o tapete do quarto esta muito úmido ,como estava frio ficou ruim .e desconfortável quando a gente pisava, o que pareceu e que tinha sido limpado na hora e deixaram ele molhado.
Location and vibe was very good
Beds were not as comfortable as they should. It should make you wanna order room service for a week and never leave the room

Food and staff were great love the hotel and location
I am not happy with having to pay $56.00 per night to park this information was never disclosed to me by the hotel or booking I am extremely unhappy. Because of this I will never stay at this hotel again or use booking in the future for any more of our travels.
In town for a wedding but opted out of staying at the alternative wedding hotel. This is part of a credit card preferred hotel list, so we thought we’d give it a try. Check-in was smooth, and the room was clean. Great river view. We grabbed food on-site, which was tasty and had great service. Close proximity to everything. We used valet parking, which wasn’t complimentary, but street parking in the area is limited. Valet uses a text service that was efficient.
Me encantó la ubicación e instalaciones
Tuve una mala atención en el front desk pero una persona puntualmente
First the pro: The lobby is STUNNING. A MUST see. This includes the Bao Bar, absolutely museum quality. Rooms are clean bright and nice.
Now the con: The administration is a hot mess. Check in was an ordeal. Arrived 345p, waited in line to check in, room not ready, waited another 1.5 hours room still not ready, got pretty irate and then voila room is ready. Eyeroll. Valet parking was a total joke - they lost our car key and wouldnt let us help find it (in what i can only assume was a tangle of keys in a bowl) so our party missed their tee time. Front desk staff goes out of their way not to make eye contact so they KNOW it's a s**show.
Wouldn't stay there again, but would def visit the lobby. The end.
The property is very large with I believe three separate buildings. Beautiful displays inside the main plant building. We stayed in the muse. Very pretty property, and our room overlooked the river. There was a Christmas pop-up market along the Riverwalk, and it was bustling with people during the holiday season. You also have the opportunity to see all types of ships passing along the river, which was entertaining. The location itself is a walkable historic district with lots to see. The staff overall were friendly and attentive. It took forever for the valet to bring my vehicle at checkout.
