Although I'd already paid with the booking agent this place insisted I had not and made me pay again. The room was nothing like the online photo and was tatty - broken furniture, no seat on the toilet and the TV didn't work.

Location was in a gated community safe and secure from thiefs beggars etc
Cable didnt work, the wifi internet connected to my phone but it said there was no internet, and the AC was not powerful enough to affect the room temp until hours later
Shitty, dirty and smelly "hotel" in a slum neighborhood. No reception, just some strange guy who opened for us. Bathroom was so dirty we better didn't use it. Accomodations like this shouldn't be even listed on booking

2. Bed sheet didn’t seem like it was washed.
3. There are a lot of cockroaches.

The property is a public housing complex, room was filthy with mold, roaches, and the bathroom was covered in black mold and there was a bucket for showering. No toilet paper and soap dispensers were Rusty, empty, and non functional. This place should have never been rented. Roaches were living in the knife holder, there was a rotted smell under the cabinet, and the fridge also had horrible odor. The curtains were covered in mold and the door was Held shut with a small screw as the door was broke

first apartment was disgraceful , damp on walls , paint peeling , dirty not cleaned , broken glass left on the floor a whole list given to the administration office
as above until they changed the apartment , but then you couldn’t open the balcony door because you were hit with the stench from the rubbish tip below
came with breakfast , always cold rice , boiled egg and either Filipino ham, hotdog or fish
Breakfast was fine.
We got three rooms. One room’s shower didn’t work.
