Cons:

It was too dirty and entering have to hop and jump across a shitty sewage which is running like river infromt of the building and stingy smell allover the place even nesrby room. One more to add the key doesnt work and every time to open have to call reception.

Disgusting hotel, avoid at all costs
Pros:

Despite lacking in facilities, everyone was polite to us. Location is right on Kamaraj Salai, a thoroughfare.

Cons:

Cleanliness standards are lacking - we tried changing rooms and spent time in 4 different rooms out of 8 on the 2nd floor. There were bedbugs in all of them. The bedding was dirty and had spots of blood, most probably from the bedbugs. The towel they provided was torn, the bathroom sink was leaking, there were cockroaches on the restaurant table and next to the food. No one came to clean the rooms in the 2 nights we stayed. The rooms were very poorly ventilated and we ended up either too cold or too hot. We had to ask for every single thing - hangers, towels, glasses. The shampoo bottle they provided was laughably small, like they got it custom made for ants. The included breakfast is severely limited and it's served in a dinghy cockroach filled room. The lift is so small it can only fit 2-3 people at a time and it still feels claustrophobic. I could go on and on, but it's easier to say that just don't come here. We were forced to check out 2 days early because it was a nightmare, but never got our money back because the front desk people just refused to... And then when I complained to booking.com, they didn't even pick up calls or respond to emails from booking.com.

Manager and the reception staff very helpful .Service in the restaurant and the breakfast was good fruit was served with



breakfast breakfast area tables all clean.
In the evening bottle water was delivered in the room.
