Hotel fantastico en Punta Arenas
Pros:

El desayuno es muy bueno. Te lo hacen reciente desde las 7 de la mañana. El personal es muy amable y te da indicaciones de donde comer o sitios a visitar. Como p. ej. la reserva de Magallanes. Nos ofrecieron un cafe o chocolate de cortesia en Chocolatta. Muy bueno. Se agradece que te dejen utilizar la cocina. La habitacion es muy comoda y incluye aparcamiento delante de la puerta. Zona muy segura.

Komfortables Bett, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet

Cons:

Für ein Hotel gibt es keinerlei Ansprechperson vor Ort. Das Angebot an Wäscheservice war nicht durchzuführen, da die dafür zuständige Person vielleicht erst um 10-11 Uhr auftaucht, wo man als Tourist nicht vor Ort sein möchtet. Das Zimmer neben der Küche ist zwar groß gewesen aber die Frühstücksfrau weckt einen dann jeden Tag um 6:30 Uhr auf.

Con il camino e le vetrate affacciate sul patio la casa e’ godibile anche in inverno con brutto tempo
