All the hotels we stayed in different countries cannot compare to your Hotel Staff. Amazing!
Pros:

It was amazing in all aspects. Especially how our Room 1175 was next to the Hotel Lounge, where we eat as much as we want. The staff Chanchal, Abhishik, Imtisole, Rajesh, Aftab, Sushant, Adarsh, Ravi, Ashish, Itai made us want to live there forever.
Its all the staff in your Hotel that made the Hotel Great.
Its just a fancy building. But the staff made the magical experience what it is.
Definetly, a must stay when I'm back in Mumbai. Preferably the same room.

Worst experience at the Embassy Grand Hotel
Pros:

Location is some what is ok

Cons:

No Lift
Receptionist worst talks and cheep mentality
Day one promised on phone for early check-in for Rs. 500 extra, but when we reached failed to arrange early check-in we got loosed to meet a friend on time
Arguments with a few more customers
Day 3 - For Night time offered a Room for non-billing for when we asks extra bed for our friend to stay in night. Asks Aadhar card, but our friend forgot Aadhar card ready to give PAN Card - then reception person abused that person.
No Water bottles
No Room Service
Only two towels for 2 persons for 3 days

Full of bed bugs no AC cooling worst room very worst stay I went for US visa interview so I adjusted it but not worth at all I don't have other options that's why I stayed there. They charged for even water bottle also.

Horrible place
Pros:

The staff was good but everything else was horrible.

Cons:

The bathroom was broken, the bed was not clean, there were bedbugs and cockroaches everywhere. The room was smelling bad. It was worse than a dormitory. I had no time to change it so I checked in and left to spend time outside and only came back very late in the night when I was too tired to be bothered about the place and checked out as soon as I woke up in the morning. Will not recommend this to anyone.
