Personalen gav oss (efter en liten diskussion) ett nytt rum då det vi fick inte levde upp till beskrivningen.
God frukost och trevlig personal.
Fin utemiljö.

Cons:

125 dkr för pyttelite vin.

Utmärkt restaurang, boende bra läge men något slitna rum
Pros:

Restaurangen utmärkt service och mycket god mat o dryck.
Fint läge.

Cons:

Strul med bokningen av rummet, Fick först ett rum på 6 kvm- stämde inte enligt Booking. Utlovades ett rum på 16 kvm. Problem mellan hotellet och Booking.
Fick ett ett bättre rum till slut men med utsikt mot baksidan ej mot havet som Booking lovade.
Svårt som gäst att förstå detta. Booking bör lösa detta med hotellet!

Beliggenhed

Cons:

Forventede som der var oplyst at restaurant var åben. Det var den så ikke. Morgenmad kom ned kl 8. Tom fad af både bacon og røræg og de blev ikke fyldt op. Borde stod med brugt service og vi måtte selv rydde så vi kunne sidde. Og nej servitricen stod og hang så ikke stres derfra

Cons:

Enligt er på Booking skulle restaurang och barservering vara öppen, men så var det inte, de hade inte öppnat för säsongen ... fick hänvisning till utbudet i Svaneke ... VILKET VI ÄR MYCKET KRITISKA TILL!
