Super convenient, friendly, and helpful. Thank you!
Pros:

Location was opposite to Tameike-Sanno station, and close to several restaurants. The best feature though was the helpfulness of the staff. I arrived in windy, wet weather, and rather tired after travelling from Osaka, and then facing the challenge of finding my way around the Metro, and all with a recent knee injury. I was immediately greeted at reception by a smiling man who handed me a towel to dry off. These small behaviours speak volumes for Japanese hospitality.

Convenient location. Lovely and helpful staff. Place exceeded expectations.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly lovely and super willing to help even though our Japanese was limited to none. The hotel clean and had many amenities available. Furthermore the location was really convenient as it was right a train station.

Cons:

The beds could have been a bit comfier.
