Pros:

This place made our stay in Koh Lipe a pure pleasure. The staff is wonderful, very helpful and kind, always here smiling. From the very moment You arrive til the moment You leave everything went smooth and pleasant. The hotel is spacious, clean and has a very cozy/chill vibe. The pool and the beach areas are wonderful, with great sunbeds, bar and music. Great sound isolation in the room and the bed is comfy. They provide everything You'll need during your stay. Breakfast has a good selection and variety. We really liked their restaurant and ate there the best sweet and sour fish among other great dishes. The location is perfect: for the most beautifull sunsets, right at the pier and right next to the main street but still in the more silent area. Ananya made our vacation unforgettable, Thank You.

Cons:

The coffee in the breakfast buffet was a miss and they lack lactose-free alternatives both during breakfast but also at the bar. Sure the hotel needs some maintenance here and there but nothing critical. Also the gym is not really a gym as the room is small, with little to no equipment, doesn't even have mats and other daily stuff, so the pictures and the advertising wasn't accurate.

Dette overnatningssted var det mest skuffende af alle steder vi var og så også det dyreste , hvilket jo er ærgerligt. De flotte strande som er på billederne uden long-tail boats er bare for at sælge idéen om at der er fredfyldt. Dog er virkeligheden en helt anden! Der er massiv turisme på øen og spækfyldt med long-tail boats ude ved netop den strand der er taget billeder af uden long-tail boats (mega skuffende), desuden er øen propfyldt med turister. Koh Lipe kommer vi IKKE tilbage til. Det er simpelthen for crazy og lige til at få stress af.

Ligger smukt ud til vandet og tæt på walking Street.

Cons:

Personalet virker SÅ ligeglade og absolut ikke servicemindet. Generelt trænger hotellet til en kærlig hånd. Poolen er slidt og madrasser på solsenge er møgbeskidte. Gulvet omkring poolen også møgbeskidt. Vi fandt bl.a. gammel mad, en negl (?!) og en kakerlak på gulvet.

Beautiful Hotel, Great Location, Happy and Friendly Staff!
Pros:

Our experience here was wonderful. Before our stay our questions were answered very promptly. The location is perfect as it is directly by Walking Street. The staff are ALL super friendly and very helpful. We were lucky to have stayed on the 24th December, where the hotel and staff put on a beautiful dinner and wonderful show for the evening. It was an unexpected surprise and really made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the staff members "Mr A" always made sure everything was good for us, so a big thank you to him! I'm sure when we visit Koh Lipe again, this will be our place of choice to stay!

Pros:

Stanza pulita e con tutti i comfort, staff perfetto. Colazione molto buona e servizi come massaggi ottimi.

Cons:

Un po’ troppe barche davanti ma si ha comunque una zona “chiusa” dove poter fare il bagno.

Pros:

Ακόμα μια νύχτα σε αυτό το υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο . Πάνω στην παραλία δίπλα ακριβώς στην walking street. Καταπληκτικά εστιατόρια παροχές 5 αστέρων και ευγενέστατο προσωπικό!!!

We would definitely like to go back one day.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Room was very nice, swim up pool but was in the shade all day. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Bong.

Cons:

Swim up pool was in the shade all day which was a shame. We did try to change room.
