Don't rely on the breakfast
Pros:

The room was fine but breakfast was very poor. I also had problems getting hot water in the shower

Pros:

This hôtel located in Little India lied on its level: rooms without windows, wardrobe, glass and lavabo in the toilets, no continental breakfast either but "standard breakfast" ie two slices of bread and coffee. Two tlmes I had to claim to have my room cleaned. No TV programs but only paying VOD in chinese. Hopefully the air conditioning, the shower, the wifi were working!

Must know Chinese to navigate the TV.
Pros:

Friendly staff. The only problem is the tv is from China and thus all menu and its remote is in Chinese which is impossible to navigate unless you understand Chinese. If not, that’s the end of it. No local tv channel too!

don't go unless you have to sleep on the street
Pros:

this was really a disappointing stay. When I entered the hotel it was already looking shabby and messy. The check in took a long time, they needed som much info, much more as my normal regular stays in 4 and 5 stars hotels. This was supposed to be a 3 stars but for me 1 star would be mor than enough. They told me to be quiet after 22.30 so not disturb other guests, well guess what, it was very noisy after 22.30 by other guests. The bath room had every time no warm water. The room had wifi but my 2 phones and laptop were not able to make any connection as the wifi was to far from the room. The rooms were extremely noisy from sound inside and outside the hotel like the walls were made of paper. Breakfast at 07.00 they said, but both days at 07.00, no breakfast, at least 30 minutes later, too late for me as had to go to the office. All and all a bad experience. really don't recommend this hotel

They say you get what you paid for...but still!
Pros:

We checked in few days ago. We did not expect much for the price and knew the room would be very small. It was. What we did not expect was the lack of window, the toilet seat full of water (hopefully) splashes/drops and...the yelling neighbors!
Every morning and evening you would hear people yelling in the corridor,or in their room, door open or close, and yes, sounds travels terribly.
The bed was good and AC working.
The lady at the reception is very nice and empathetic but without a clue...we asked where we could do some laundry, she did not know, asked about an iron...1st floor but she wasn't sure..we had to print some paperwork from the computers in front of the reception...did not know either. But that's just a detail.
Towels were changed every day but 3 nights with the same dirty mat, maybe they did not have anymore?
After our last couple fight in front of our room we decided to leave. We only did not do it before because it was prepaid and as it is Chinese New year weekend every other hotel last minute cost an arm.
If you stay there anyway, you are warned!

The unfriendly staff, Wifi did not reach room, the strict 3pm checkin, the unhelpful staff, lights went out for no reason, corridor lights turned off, messy corridor. NOT Worth the Price!

Pros:

Bottom of the bed was filthy and not cleaned, bathroom wasn't up to standard in terms of basic features such as a basin mirror. No clothing rag to put additional clothes. The door hanger wasn't enough for two people.

Pros:

This was a last minute choice due to a silly mistake I made on the original hotel booking. But set in the heart of Little India this charming place is value for money if you are in a situation and you need 1 nights stay . Breakfast was great and the staff very polite and friendly
