Really friendly hotel in a nice area of Milan.
Pros:

Really friendly front desk staff. Nice building and common facilities. Good value for money. Lots of choice for breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit dated.

Overall - very good, great staff, cool vibe - room too hot.
Pros:

Overall I liked this hotel. It is quirky, it's got a young/professional/creative vibe. The kitchen/dining/lounge area is relaxed with some cool furniture and décor. The Bar/reception is simple and basic, but fine for a short stay.
The location is good - a little bit out of the way - about 10-15 minute walk to metro stations - but it's only about a 40 minute walk in to the Duomo/centre. Plenty of nice bars/restaurants within 5 minutes. The room was a good size and well equipped and there were complimentary soft drinks and coffee (but see note below).
The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

My only complaint would be about the room heating/ventilation. The AC was 'off', which was understandable as it was only March. It was set to automatic with a fixed temperature - but my room was really too hot (26.1C at one point). I tried adjusting the temperature, but with no affect. Reception staff tried resetting it .... but still no affect. In the end all they could do was give me a window handle to open the window - which helped the temperature, but let in noise. In addition there was a continuous 'rushing' noise from water/air/AC pipes in the walls.
I understand the hotel doesn't want to run AC all the time due to cost/sustainability issues - but in that case they need to find a solution to hot rooms - maybe the AC unit in this particular room was faulty?

Pros:

Struttura moderna e colorata, stanze pulite e moderne (non c'è la maniglia della finestra, va richiesta alla reception). colazione super, molto abbondante e con varia scelta (le torete sono spettacolari. Posizione molto comoda per chi arriva dalla stazione. vicino alla fermata della metro piola. Staff disponibilissimo. Possibilità di cenare ed il menù è ottimo.

Consigliatissimo, ci tornerò tutte le volte che avrà bisogno di appoggiarmi quando sono a Milano
Pros:

la semplicità, l'efficienza e la bellezza della struttura. Stanza silenziosissima nonostante fossi al primo piano, cortile stupendo con i cigliegi in fiore. Mi è piaciuto anche il fatto che se dimentichi qualcosa loro fanno in modo di custodirla e restituirla e ho adorato l'attenzione all'ambiente. Il wifi non funziona benissimo ma pazienza.

Consiglio vivamente per un ottimo soggiorno
Pros:

Ambienti accoglienti personale gentilissimo .qualità offerta e prezzo ottima. Colazione con scelta per tutti i gusti e il bistrot una chicca.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto ,sono le scale al ingresso della reception che comunque viene ovviato da un ascensore
