Overall satisfaction for stay
Pros:

We were in Roorkee again after 02years.Based on previous stay experience we booked K K Residency again. Overall we had a good experience this time too.

Cons:

Breakfast time is 8.30am onwards and therefore early morning guests moving out for the work miss it
The room charges. included breakfast charge.

Property
was very humid with no ventilation. Bedsheet were not clean, room was inhabitable at all. staff was untrained. over all horrible experience . I booking.com can do better than the rest of the companies.
