Cons:

Me cancelaron 5 días antes la reserva (que la tenía confirmada hacia más de un mes). Me cambiaron el hotel, cobrando lo mismo, a un hotel mal ubicado, con una vista espantosa, con una habitación en la que no funcionaba el jacuzzi ni el teléfono para llamar a la recepción. Y con un desayuno pésimo. Una vergüenza todo. Habíamos puesto mucha.expectaiva en el alojamiento en Shkoder y resultó realmente de muy mal nivel.

Cons:

in the hotel, the heating in the rooms does not work. I was moved to another room with the same problem. they replied that they were sorry and that it would be fixed tomorrow. They probably tell all the guests that because the hotel is undergoing renovations and upgrades. my advice is not to go to this hotel, because with a price of €120 per night you will not get what you paid for. Likewise, booking.com should pay more attention to the conditions and recommendations they give for accommodation in hotels that are on their website. I myself will consider whether to use your services in the future.
