土日の用事がホビーショーと重なり困ったが、宿の予約が取れ、結果的に近くで比較的安価で、助かった。
Pros:

駅近が良い〜駅周辺施設に用事があり。
館内全体に、使いやすさ、清潔感は感じた。
個室タイプで、落ち着けたこと。

Cons:

早朝に、耳栓の必要性を痛感した〜繰り返し聞こえてくる携帯アラーム〜館内の説明にはあったので客側のマナー。いっそ客のレビューとして、ポスター1枚、大きく張り出して注意喚起してもいい。

ヘッドホン端子の場所がひと目で分かるといい（結局、スマホがあるので、テレビは見なかったけど）

ロケーションは駅近で非常に良いです。

Cons:

居室はパーティションのような感じで仕切っているだけなので遮音は一切ありません。夜はいびきが凄い事があるので、耳栓必須です。
