First day I found in bed insect (bug) I told staff than I got another room that room was ok

Stayed here before very close to all the main attractions
Very big rooms with a big bathroom with powerful shower

Cons:

Room was not ready when we arrived this time took awhile. They still haven't improved the breakfast spread very limited choice most of the empty trays.

Pros:

Unbeatable location - walkable to the Bosphorus Tour ferry terminal, sights in the old town, grand bazaar etc. Room was very comfortable and staff was friendly.

Cons:

Do not take their taxi service. It costs TL 500 more than an Uber but it’s nothing but another yellow cab. Driver gave some excuse that the air con was spoilt. Absolute rubbish.

Mic dejun foarte slab.
Am fost cazată 7 nopti,iar lenjeria pe pat sa schimbat o singura dată,deși zilnic îi rugam sa faca curatenie.Nu sa aspirat sau sters pe jos niciodata in cele 6 zile cit am stat.Personal foarte slab pregatit si deloc amabil.

Every thing is amazing only one issue
كل شي ممتاز ولكن هناك شي سلبي واحد مذكور في الاسفل

Cons:

The issue is the old man in restaurant is soo Arrogant and Haughty for nothing keep moving between tables without manner make you uncomfortable but others are amazing and helpful

المشكلة هي أن الرجل العجوز في المطعم متعجرف وعنجهي للغاية بدون أي سبب، ويستمر في التحرك بين الطاولات بقلة أدب مما يشعرك بعدم الارتياح، لكن بقية الموظفين رائعون ومتعاونون
