For two days, it was perfect

Overall my wife and I had no complaints. We would definitely return here when visiting Houston.

I loved the location. Right near everything we needed for our trip.

Pros:

IL residence si trova in posizione centrale accessibile in pochi minuti a visitare il centro. La camera molto grande con cucina attrezzata. La sera di capodanno dalla nostra finestra abbiamo visto i fuochi d'artificio che si tenevano dietro la Posta. Lo consiglio.

Pros:

Room was great.The whole staff was great and help me with all my needs.They answer all my questions and concerns.Our flight was canceled so we had to stay a extra 2 days.I was worried a little but staff made me feel right at home. I'll definitely stay here again

Personal war Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage war top.

Cons:

Schlafcouch nicht zum schlafen geeignet. Viele Schäden im Zimmer, Klimaanlage sehr laut.

Was good until the elevators were broken
Cons:

That me, along with my kids had to walk up 7 flights of stairs to get to our room and then had to walk back down with all of our belongings because the elevator was not working.
