Pros:

That it had a fridge we did use that.

Cons:

No breakfast, location was ok. room was not what I expected, the chair was all scratched up with pieces on the floor the bed was very uncomfortable bathroom was not the cleanest, the floor was dirty and the bathroom door two different colors very bad looking. Will not stay here again.

Pros:

I stay here every time I see my kids.

Cons:

On this particular visit, the elevator was broken. The building had been struck by lightning. But I stay there every 6 to 8 weeks or one to three nights and it's always a great stay.

This place is only a place fo sleeps it's like a half way house.
Pros:

The convenience of shopping plazas and food in the area.

Cons:

The customer service was horrible! You can't even get a free extra linen or towel without a fee. They don't come in to clean or offer ANYTHING. I never seen a housekeeper until it was checkout time. There was no blow dryer no irons the wifi was not secure and dropped every 5 mins.

DON'T STAY IN ROOM 127!!!! NOISY RESIDENTS IN ROOM 227!!!
Pros:

We liked the full sized refrigerator and large microwave.
We also liked that the room was clean.

Cons:

We were in room 127. Apparently, the occupants of room 227 are residents and have an autistic child. We heard pounding, running foot steps and sounds of something being rolled across the floor when we checked it but didn't expect to still be hearing it at 11 pm. We called the front desk and it got quiet for about 10 minutes. At 12:30 am, I called the front desk and was told about the autistic child. The noises continued until almost 3am!!!!! We had a rough night and had a 12 hour drive home the next morning!!!! I spoke to the assistant manager when we checked out this morning and suggested that the residents either moved to a ground floor or that room 127 not be rented. The hotel is nice and we'll definitely stay again but NEVER IN ROOM 127 AGAIN!!!!

Mas que pésimo
Pros:

Es pésimo ese hotel. Pedimos agua en la habitación, no tenian,hielo tampoco. Al comprar agua en la maquina máquina, me quito el dinero. Totalmente pésimo el hotel y las personas que atienden son descortés.
