Great staff and location. Loud AC and smells bad.
Pros:

Very nice, professional staff. For the price, it was probably what you expect. The location was beautiful.

Cons:

It smelled very strongly of marijuana and the AC was so loud it was impossible to sleep. It wasn’t super clean. But for the price it was better than expected.

Staff was very rude ! A stuff member stop me in the elevator didn’t even say good afternoon to me nothing and ask me if I paid for my dog … mind you I check in from the day prior so I was already staying there for one night ! I just felt like that was a little unpleasant! Than check out is at 11:30 they have there house keepers knocking on doors from 9:30 to tell you you have to leave

Roaches in the room. Found them when I woke up to pee. Would have not stayed if I saw them after check in. Sink had mold. Strong smell in the room and hallway

Acceptable, not a resort for vacation
Pros:

This is an acceptable option. My room was clean. Updated quartz counters and new fixtures. Full size fridge, short walk to food and services. Two burner cook top, and ample storage for food items and clothes.

Cons:

Its not what I didn't like, but try to temper your expectations. There are families who live here. So you may smell their dinner being cooked in the hallways. Its near a highway, so you can hear emergency vehicles. If you want quite & a resort feel for Disney this may not be your choice.

Cons:

Disappointed because when I reserved the room no where on it did it say you have to check in before 12 and I arrived 15 mins past and was charged a full amount for a no show fee and then still had to purchase another room
