Great place to stay
Pros:

Great stay for Parents Weekend. Nice breakfast and workout facility. Would recommend for families and other groups. While a little off from campus, it’s easy in and out.

I’m tired of entering my TDL and CC info every time I do online check in- I’ve stayed there enough times this year that y’all should have that info. I arrived at 10 pm. 10 pm!!! My room was right next to pool and hall was soaked with water and 20 ish preteens running up and down hall and elevators and in pool SCREAMING!!! I requested another room which took awhile ( I hadn’t even entered my original room yet) Quiet time for the rest of the customers???

Clean with Issues
Pros:

Our room and the hotel were very clean and that’s probably the most important thing. However, there were other issues. Noise for instance. I’m talking tvs blasting and people yelling down the halls at 6 am. All of which could be heard in our room. These weren’t kids doing this. These were adults who should know better. Also, the hotel has a guest laundry, but you apparently have to bring your own quarters because the guy at the desk said he couldn’t make change. He actually told us to go down the street to the dollar store to get change. What? Talk about poor customer service. Does a dollar store even do this? And why can’t the hotel do this?
