Pros:

Hotel super bem localizado no centrinho, nos atenderam muito bem no check in e permitiram nossa entrada antecipada, quarto está limpo, cama, chuveiro e limpeza tudo em ordem! O café da manhã estava bem gostoso, mas demora um pouco para a reposição ser feita no buffet.

A pesar de que el pueblo de tortuguero es realmente espantoso, y el hotel es totalmente austero, lo que salvó la estadia es que los tours de las caminatas en el parque nacional de tortuguero , sobre todo el de la canoa y el tour nocturno son realmente maravillosos, ves muchisimos animales como perezosos, tucanes, monos araña, en su habitat y la gente en realidad es super amable y te tratan super bien por lo que se te llega realmente a olvidar el entorno.... sugiero que podrian hacer algo por ese pueblo ya que esta muy deteriorado y da muy mal aspecto....y poner una television en las habitaciones del hotel....

Pros:

Posizione centrale ottima per ogni attività. Camere abbastanza silenziose in mezzo ad un giardino rigoglioso pieno di uccelli a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal paese. Personale molto gentile.

It rained during the night. When we woke up in the morning we noticed that the clothes on the bed were wet. There was leak from the roof. Front desk person was not helpful at all and manager was not there.
Also bed was too high and mattress of very poor quality, it squeaked with every move, was not able to sleep at all.
The rate we paid for the hotel was very high compared to other hotels in the area and they were of better quality and service.

Pros:

It was a beach front hotel so that was nice. However, swimming in the ocean is strictly prohibited due to the riptides. Our room had a ton of large ants on arrival. We notified the house cleaner as she was just next door. And although she promptly came in and swept them out, there was a ton when we returned later that day. Also to note, we where told that check in was after 2pm but the website said noon.

Property set back from the Main Street straight on to the beach. Accommodation well spread out and extensive well kept gardens. Room very simple but functional.

Pros:

We stayed at Hotel Tortuguero beachfront for four nights - It was good. The free breakfast was really nice, it is right on the beachfront. and also walking distance from everywhere.
The AC in the rooms were much needed and the best. and on our last day the staff even packed us a nice breakfast for our trip back.

Pros:

Room was by the pool so was noisy from the people using it late. Repairs were being undertaken on windows which was also noisy. Breakfast was poor, each day there was less to choose from and no clean glasses
