Had good potential but is set up with cheap beds and suffered from lack of maintenance.
Pros:

It was in a decent neighbourhood.

Cons:

The breakfast cost extra and was awful. The bread was wet in the bag, the milk was sour and clumpy and the stove was not available to cook the eggs. Definitely not worth it. There was mold in the shower and the shower plumbing was falling apart. The beds were very poor. The yard was poorly maintained.

Pros:

The owner was immediately available when I called, very nice, and helpful... answered our questions. The rooms are clean.The kitchen and living room spaces were welcoming..

Cons:

I was first disappointed by the poor yard maintenance and by the entrance. The photos show a beautifully landscaped yard and the name suggests picturesque too.This is not the case now. Vines grow uncontrolled and hang down over the entrance to the door that guests use. One has to move the vines away from your face to get into this space..The yard is overgrown and what once may have been lovely is filled in with a lot of weeds.
Another concern was the walk down a semi-steep hill from parking area to door ... spaced out, tiny concrete blocks (one wobbled when stepped on). This would not be safe for disabled or seniors with problems walking.or balance. It's not conducive to pulling luggage down the hill either.

...The beds, while adequate, are 1980''s or earlier vintage... creaky and quite hard.
...Our private bathroom had 2 steep, and very narrow steps, .up from the tiny sinks to the toilet and tub... a risky business. No face cloths were provided with the towels.
...The window shades in bedrm could not be louvered open or closed.
...while there is ground coffee in the kitchen, the instant coffee (proviided in the room) is interesting ...who drinks that anymore?!

For the price charged, I had expected better in these areas mentioned.

Quiet and Nice
Pros:

Very nice place to stay overall. Parking was easy and felt safe. Nice little walk down to the water from the property.

Cons:

Wi-Fi was spotty. And the stairs in the bathroom are a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Pros:

This bed and breakfast was in a quiet neighborhood. It was a lovely and clean facility. Tina, the manager was amazing, very helpful, very welcoming. We stayed for a full 10 days and had an absolutely fabulous and restful, peaceful time.

We were happy to leave
Pros:

No cable tv. Rooms were very small. We stayed with a friend for 2 days because of beds
No bath tub plug. I take baths not showers

Cons:

You need better beds. Better bathroom and bathtub and cable tv.

A lovely place to stay
Pros:

Lily's Garden was a lovely place to stay. Very clean and comfortable room. The common areas were clean, comfy and nicely furnished. Optional breakfast was offered. Lily (owner) was very friendly & kind. Would definitely stay here again.

A good deal location and price wise but in need of updates for quality
Pros:

The staff were kind and helpful! The place was very clean. No major issues at all comes as advertised.

Cons:

Mattress was very old and creaked. Walls had water damage. Faucets and toilet were loose. Need maintenance in many parts.
