Pros:

Charmant hôtel à taille humaine, dans une rue plutôt calme, accueillant et joliment décoré, doté d'un très beau patio.
Situé à 10/15 minutes à pied de la plage de Las Arenas et à 5 minutes de la station de métro Maritim permettant de rejoindre le centre ville de Valence et l'aéroport facilement.

Cons:

Les nuisances sonores telles que les portes des parties communes ou des autres chambres qui claquent en se fermant ou encore les voix des autres occupants dans le couloir.
L'hôtel accueille également un restaurant qui propose le petit-déjeuner et diner. Néanmoins, l'hôtel et le restaurant sont des sociétés différentes aussi les consommations au restaurant ne peuvent être mises sur le compte de votre chambre et réglées à la fin du séjour, il vous faudra régler à chaque consommation.

Pros:

Great location a few minutes walk to the metro into the city and airport and about 15 minutes to the beach; spacious room and very comfy bed; Nice restaurant and outside and inside areas; appreciated the early check-in in and having the second floor room

Cons:

Receptionists not very welcoming and friendly;whilst the bedroom was very clean on arrival the room cleaning when there was a bit hit and mis; breakfast was OK but nothing like the pictures and limited selection; no glasses/cups in the rooms and would have liked a kettle/coffee maker.

Pros:

Отличный отель. Чистейшие номера,приветливый персонал,удобные кровати,шикарная шумоизоляция,новый ремонт. Близко много хороших кафе. Недалеко отличная кебабная (спасет,если все кафе уже закрыты). В 2 минутах ходьбы остановка трамвая в сторону пляжа. Отличное место для отдыха.

La atención de Rubén, Samuel y Federica, todos fueron muy amables, serviciales y atentos. El recibidor del hotel es precioso y su restaurante aún más, con toda la atención de parte del personal.
