За престой от 2 до 4 нощувки хотела е добър.
Pros:

Доволна съм,че ми смениха стаята, защото първата която ми дадиха беше от страната на улицата и вечерта ми тропаха на прозореца. Стаите ги чистят всеки ден и сменят кърпите. За мен хотела беше на хубаво и комуникативно мято до полицейски участък. Аз обичам да ходя пеша! На околко 5 мин. в едната посока е метроро , в други две има автобусни спирки на две различни автобусни линии. На 2 спирки от плажа и круизния порт.

Cons:

Не всички служители говорят английски, но успяхме да се разберем. Закуската беше ....... един омлет не могат да направят! Ако искате да вечеряте, няма как да стане в хотела.
Но пък центъра и околносите са пълни със заведеиния.
Като цяло пак бих отседнала там.

Good location and friendly staff, but a few issues with the room affected my overall experience.
Pros:

The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and the beach. My room was generally clean; however, I noticed some old stains on the duvet. It would be better if the hotel used a duvet cover to ensure greater comfort and hygiene for guests. On a positive note, the receptionist was very kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.

Cons:

I had a problem with my room key card, as the door lock was not working properly. In most cases, I had to try three or four times before I could open the door, which was quite frustrating. Unfortunately, when I asked a cleaning staff member for assistance, she was unwilling to help.
The guests staying in the room next to mine were smoking cigarettes in the narrow space between our windows. As a result, the smell was coming into my room even though my windows remained closed at all times. It was very unpleasant, especially when trying to sleep. The hotel should consider enforcing a stricter non-smoking policy.

Pros:

Le personnel ! Vraiment tous serviables et accueillants.
Quand on entre on a directement accès au restaurant qui est très beau autant l'intérieur que l'extérieur.
L'emplacement est top : proche métro/ bus/ salle de spectacle flamenco/ commodités et plage.

Cons:

Je trouve qu'il manque un peu de décoration dans la chambre que nous avons occupée pour la rendre plus chaleureuse.
Un cadre ou deux...une tapisserie sur un mur.
Mais je chipote car la chambre était propre et confortable.

De locatie dicht bij het strand en de metro, maar vooral de algehele sfeer is al jaren echt top!
