Cons:

Everything! Room and hallway smelled really bad. Spray/wiped everything with Lysol. No appropriate soap. Sheets looked dingy.

Again there was Marlboro soap, one cup. None of the other complimentary like body sub shampoo. Nothing. The bathrooms were disgusting. The shower door almost fell off and the first room on my 7-year-old grandson which would have done him a lot of bodily harm. Then they moved us to a second room which they charged us $99 for because it had two beds and a bathtub and the bathtub was disgusting. I went out and bought a bottle of bleach cleaner and sprayed in there. Then I just decided to leave. I do not understand. My extended stay would even have their name on this property because I've been to several of their other properties and had no issues whatsoever. Was delighted

I overall had a great stay the building was nice and secure.
Pros:

yes the young lady that checked me in was amazing and super friendly.

Cons:

The parking no matter where you parked in the parking lot it was close and well lit I feel very safe!

It was close to our destination. Accommodations weren’t very comfortable.
Pros:

The location was perfect for our Grandson & Granddaughter in law’s Med School Grad party.
We were disappointed about the uncomfortable bed and only 3 pillows. Also, greatly dissatisfied that there was no hair dryer and shampoo or lotion had to be requested. We were under the impression that toiletries were provided, and expected would be provided
Making this an overnight celebration, we skimped on the normal accoutrements that we carry in our luggage.

Cons:

Location was perfect.
We had some security concerns as there were 2 designated Police Parking stalls available next to the close by handicap stalls. Additionally, there was a dirty (perhaps decoy)? - Police Car parked in the lot and not moved (or used) during our stay.
