Never again
Pros:

The night staff girl was very nice.

Cons:

Found out it was section 8 housing and we were charged more than the people that normally stay there because we went through booking.com first room we were in the floor was all sticky broken blinds the second room had broken fire suppressor over the stove and the lights were on motion sensors that you could not turn off so all night long if you rolled over all the lights would come on very irritating.

Conflicting messages my multiple staff members

I called ahead of time to let them know that I was gonna be late so I was gonna check in 3 the morning and the person over the phone said it was OK when I got there the lady at the desk said it wasn’t OK and that she didn’t have any room I even insisted on paying to stay for another room. She insisted that it was just too much money for me to pay that it wasn’t worth the money I was gonna have to check out 11. I said it was fine but she said no so I had to leave.

Decent for what we got, but won’t be staying again.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful with a questions we had.

Cons:

The cleanliness of room. There seemed to be tick-like bugs probably from other animals that stayed there lingering. The free breakfast was a little disappointing, but okay. The price we paid for what we got didn't seem worth it.

It was very enjoyable and close to many dining options.
Pros:

I enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable .

Cons:

I was looking for glasses after brushing my teeth to rinse. I didn't see the plastic cups as they were behind the box of tissues. I discovered them the morning we were leaving. Please leave them where they are more visible.

Good place to stay for the price. I'd stay again.
Pros:

It was really nice for not being a superhigh end hotel. I'll stay here again if I'm in the area. Bonus it was right next to Dutch Bros!!

Cons:

The key machine was broken and they were waiting for the part to come in. It wasn't something that will be an issue every time you stay. It was a small inconvenience and it will not stop me from staying here again. I just felt bad for the staff who had to walk every guest to their room to let them in.

Cons:

Staff entered my room 2 different times throughout the night. After speaking with them they said there system did not show I was in the room. One employee said she would fix the issue and 3 hours later another’s employee entered my room. In the morning I spoke to the lady at the check out and stated what happened she then dismissed the situation and ignored the problem

The Facility was nice clean and comfortable.

Cons:

When we arrived we weren't able to Check in. The Employee there clocked out and we had to wait for the next Employee. She was late to work. Then she had us wait because she needed to use the restroom. This was at 11pm
