In my 88 years, worst place ever!
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Cockroaches, multiple bugs, lying staff, inadequate facilities, health and safety violations and indifference to elderly. (90 and 88 year old clients).

For an extended stay, I thought I would’ve had better quality

That the blinds were broke. The chair the leg to it was broke so he couldn’t sit in it. I thought there was going to be pots and pans to cook with. I guess they’re extra didn’t know about that.

They canceled our stay because they had unclean rooms and non working amenities in the room.
Pros:

If I could I would give you guys a zero! Horrible place to stay. We get the our room and it was a complete mess. Food still in the fridge. Trash was still in the trash bin and sheets dirty. We went down to try to get a different room or some type of help when all we got was . We can give you a different room with a non working tv or just refund for the 2 night stay. The girl in the front even told me that the cleaning people are horrible and don’t do their job. Clearly can tell they don’t clean anything here. And after reading the reviews I’m so happy we left. This place is roaming with cockroaches. 🤢 never will I stay here again!! They need to be shut down and exterminated!!!! Also booking did a horrible job trying to help us with the situation and trying to find a new place to stay because of the whole refund. Super bad and unprofessional.

Dirty and unprofessional. The girl in the front didn’t care and also said that she thinks the cleaning staff is lazy and obviously doesn’t their job.

Alot of dog poop around the building elevators didnt work! Front desk staff is RUDE!! FRONT DESK STAFF NEED TO CLEAN AROUD THE PROPERTY IN THEIR DOWN TIME!!

The shower had hair in it.The blinds had holes in it.There was a noise in the wall.I had to be route be moved from 207 to 327 at 2am.Because the sound was continuous like there was a boiler room going off the facility.Needs to be serviced and maintained properly.There's graffiti.The whole place smells like four twenty somebody smoking.Weed, do not stay here.I will not be returning and I will never recommend this place.In fact, I will tell people not to stay here

The facility is dirty.The parking lots are dirty.I was in room 207.They had to move me at two a m too three twenty seven because there was noise next to me.Like the boiler room or air conditioning duct was loose.That was pounding against the wall.The new room had hair in the bathtub and was dirty, was missing.Things off the blinds would never stay here.Do not recommend it would never come back.Is not a good value our the bed was hard like you were sleeping on a box spring

I will not rent a room there because of the unhealthy environment.
Pros:

The staff was welcoming and understood that I wasn’t going to stay there after finding a cockroach in the room when I checked in so she was kind enough to check me out and is going to refund my money.

Cons:

The cockroach in the room, the dirtiness in the elevator and hallway. The facility smelled and had dirty floors.
