Excelente Custo x Beneficio.
Pros:

Custo x Beneficio excelente. Boa localização, metro e shopping na cara do gol !!! Indo de metro em 15 min está no centro do Porto .

Hotel funcional cerca del aeropuerto y centro de Oporto
Pros:

Hotel funcional, muy sencillo y sin grandes comodidades.

Lo mejor es que al estar ubicado en las afueras de Oporto, muy cerca del aeropuerto y de la estación de Metro Norte shopping - Sete Bicas, te permite llegar en poco más de 15 minutos al centro de Oporto.

El acceso al hotel y a las habitaciones es muy cómodo, no necesitas llave ni tarjeta. Funciona por códigos.

En recepción, fueron muy amables dándonos dos juegos de toallas cuando no hicieron la habitación por el malentendido de los carteles. También nos facilitaron almohadas extra el primer día. Todo muy bien empaquetado y limpio.

Había una fuente de agua fresca en la planta.

Cons:

Los carteles que se ponen en las puertas para avisar al servicio de limpieza si estás o no en la habitación, a nuestro criterio, están del revés. Es decir, es la primera vez que vemos que para indicar que la habitación está libre usan el cartel de color rojo y para indicar que estás descansando, el cartel hay que ponerlo por el lado más claro (creo que era verde clarito).
Eso hizo que no limpiaran la habitación uno de los días.

Las toallas (incluidas las de ducha) son muy pequeñas.

No dispone de canales internacionales.
No hay nevera en la habitación para guardar medicación o agua mineral.

Pros:

Atendimento da equipe foi muito bom. Quarto e camas confortáveis. Boa localização, ao lado do Shopping Norte, próximo ao metrô e a 10 minutos do aeroporto. Café da manhã bem completo, muitas opções, com máquinas que preparam alguns dos itens da refeição (que tivemos que aprender a usar porque não são comuns no Brasil).
