No elevator and inconsiderate receptionist.
Pros:

The property is very clean and cozy.

Cons:

They gave us the last floor room which is very hard for us because they don't even have an elevator. Just stairs with 60 steps! Also, the staff has no consideration. We asked for advance check-in because we came all the way from Mindanao and we are willing to pay for extra but he said no. Even though the room is available. 🤦🏼‍♀️🙄

I would rather stay at a motel

I booked this room overnight so that it would be ready for when my helper landed at 5 am, however she had to wait 2 hours as they said the room wasn’t ready. She was given a different rooms (smaller) 2 hours later.
The room was humid, bedsheets were wet, and the bathroom had cockroaches!!

Pros:

The bed for double room is spacious. The were many stores and food stalls around the area.

Cons:

6th floor and no elevator. Budget room and not so clean bathroom. 1st room given to me has a very huge hole on the wall beside the bed. Well I paid for 22 hrs stay and stayed for 12 hrs only. The water flow in the shower is poor.
